Great Views & Central Location, SuperHost

Top floor apartment with an amazing view of the lake and the Andes from the living room and bedroom. The apartment also has a rooftop terrace with incredible views. Located in downtown Bariloche, walking distance to everything. (Yes, the views in the photos are from the apartment.) I have been an AirBnb Host for 10 years for other apartments. It is a new apartment, located in Bariloche, 6 blocks from the Civic Center, shops, restaurants, etc. Large windows, balcony overlooking the lake, table and folding chairs to enjoy wonderful sunsets. Fully equipped for 3 people, a double bed and a single bed. GARAGE inside the building, OWN LAUNDRY (with sink and clothesline). It includes towels and bedding, a full bathroom, a kitchenette with a microwave, a coffee maker and an electric kettle, a juicer, a refrigerator, and full tableware.

An indoor pool area is surrounded by large glass walls, allowing natural light to brighten the space. The clear water reflects the sky, while a raised section serves as a shallow area. Scenic views of the lake and mountains can be seen through the windows.
