Beautiful house on the lake shore and incredible view of the mountains and Lake Gutiérrez. Two floors, a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a study, two full bathrooms, a toilet, laundry room, barbecue grill and parking. In summer, enjoy the beach, kayaking, hiking, or cycling. Two bedrooms have a double bed, and the third has two twin beds. In winter, an excellent location for those who want to enjoy skiing in Cerro Catedral.
