I lived an unforgettable vacation near and away from it all. Spacious and green park with an unmissable view from many of its rooms, outdoor spaces where you can picnic, grill and children's games. A little path through the forest takes you to a dreamy deck on a cliff over the lake. The house has its own generator!

All its very bright and comfortable atmospheres created for two people, with warm Nordic decor that will make you feel at ease from the beginning. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the hills, ideal for a walk and tour. It's two sticky cabins. Acoustic issue was resolved in October 2022. SEE HOUSE RULES

The main house has 2 floors; a ground floor with living room, dining room, integrated kitchen, laundry room and toilet; and an upper floor with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with bathtub. The master bedroom is en-suite with a superking size bed; while the second room has two twin beds; and the third room a half-square-meter sofa-style bed; with cart downstairs. And then a lobby with desk and library.

It is located at km 12, two blocks from Avenida Bustillo, which goes to Llao-Llao, Circuitos Chicos and other typical walks. Buses of various lines run through it to go wherever you want.

Excellent house for 11 people in the most exclusive country club in Bariloche. The house is located within Arelauquen Golf & Country Club, one of the main private neighborhoods of Patagonia Argentina, located on Lake Gutiérrez and Cerro Catedral. The house offers incredible views, is bright, spacious and very comfortable. It is fully equipped and in perfect condition.

The house is very nice, a full bathroom and the other two shared a bathroom. The location is fine if you are looking for a quiet and private place. Verónica took very good care of us and was always attentive to our messages. In general, everything was very good, only the dryer did not work.

We went to the family, two adults, and two kids to go skiing. The accommodation is super comfortable and a 5-minute walk to the means of elevation. Ariadna is super attentive and always available. I would definitely come back!!!

The place is wonderful. The house is impeccable. Smooth communication. Roberto is always available should you need anything. Very happy with the choice we made, not only for the mind-blowing landscapes but also for the safety of the neighborhood and the accompaniment of the host.

Magnificent Lakeview Villa with Pool in Bariloche

Highly recommended! The house is amazing, the view unbeatable, every perfect detail. The super-equipped kitchen has a play with pool where the guys didn't leave for the entire stay! It's like being in El llao llao alone! Arelauquen is divine and has many options for walking and going to eat. Annabelle a genius, solved us from the car rental, the employee and thousands of other topics that we asked her. 5-star experience.

The house is very comfortable and functional and is equipped with everything you need. The heating works great and we never felt cold. We were with all our children and 6 grandchildren and felt right at home. Rosario responded quickly and efficiently to all our questions. It will certainly be our first choice when we return to Bariloche next winter.

We arrived and found a spacious place, very nice, very pleasant and comfortable. The bed is excellent, super comfortable, the bedding is spectacular. The super spacious bathroom and large windows to enjoy the environment. A wood-burning stove, the nicest thing was to light it at night. Well-equipped kitchen, nothing missing. Very good quality tableware. We did not have the pleasure of meeting the hosts, but they were in contact the whole time and very helpful. Kingfisher, a highly recommended place, ideal to return to.
