In my house I have a private room, with a small kitchen, a large bathroom, a double bed and a private entrance. The room is 17 sqm. And the bathroom is 9 sqm. Lillehammer is a small city in Norway, ideal in both summer and winter. Only 160 km. from the main airport you can enjoy fresh air, the mountains and the many outdoor activities. Hoppbakken is only 3 minutes drive from the cabin with great views of the city. 5 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store. For alpine skiing you have Hafjell which is 25 minutes away and Kvitfjell 1 hour away.

The common area is spacious and beautifully decorated with genuine Norwegian antiques and a cozy decor, an array of healthy houseplants, and an exquisite view. The bedrooms are comfy, the bathroom and kitchen have a wonderfully vintage vibe, and the bookshelves are filled with classics. Solveig is a marvelous host, even more warm and welcoming than her home. Our family of 5 adults decided it was our favorite lodging of the trip!

We were passing through to the Northern parts of Norway, but glad we came to rest here. Close to history of the Olympics, ski area, gondolas were running, and close to groceries, restaurants and electric charging. The apartment was perfect for our needs and we were able to comfortably recharged for our continued journey.

We spent a wonderful two weeks at the accommodation with our one-year-old son. The place was perfect — very nice, comfortable, and clean. We had everything we needed and didn’t miss a thing. The host was very kind and responsive whenever we needed advice. The accommodation is close to cross-country skiing trails, and there is a place to store skis. A sauna and a gym are also available. I warmly recommend it and we will definitely return in the future.

We stayed at Kim's apartment for 2 weeks at the beginning of March 2025 and had a very nice stay. The apartment is very cozy and very well furnished. Everything works as it should and is in very good condition. It has a private sauna and is within walking distance of the trail in Sjusjoen and a supermarket and sports shop. For cross-country skiers, the location of the apartment is great. A separate room for waxing the skis is also provided in the building. Communication with Kim and Kjersti was very good and they were very helpful with assistance and tips. Overall, the apartment is highly recommended.
