While enjoying the view and your morning coffee, you might even see a deer or moose run past. In the winter time you can go and explore the surrounding nature with snow shoes or cross country skies from just outside the door, or drive 20 min to the Hafjell alpine skiing resort, one of the main venues of the 1994 Winter Olympics.

The annex at Solstrand is a great place by Mjøsa that provides space for relaxation, swimming and quality time. The 6 km long stretch to Gjøvik can be taken by a few minutes by car, a trip by bike or a walk along the pilgrim trail. The annex sleeps five people and has a 180 cm bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed for three in the other bedroom. Bathroom with washing machine, kitchen, living room with fireplace and TV.
