Electricity and water post outside the cabin, by the stairs. 2 bedrooms and space for 6 people (family bunks, double bed downstairs, single bed upstairs) Refrigerator and stove in the kitchen. Cozy outdoor toilet, (annex right by the cabin wall) and shower in the bathroom. The water must be heated. Bed sets and towels can be rented for NOK 150 per person. The cabin is located on an idyllic and quiet small farm, with forest and pasture nearby. Short distance to prepared ski slopes.

This cabin / house is an excellent fit for those who want to get out into the mountains a bit while being only 15 minutes down to Brumunddal city centre. In the winter there are nice ski tracks right outside the door and the atmospheric cabin combined with the sauna creates the perfect winter experience. The house is also suitable for those who need a place to stay for a shorter period of time while renovating their house, or looking for something new. A cheap holiday / residence for small to large families.

If you cross the road you come straight to a beautiful park area by the lake, Næra. Here you can fish, swim or realax and enjoy the sunset. We also offer our guests kayak and canoes to rent for free. In Næroset it is also great opportunities for outdoor hiking and cross country skiing in the winter. Only 20 minutes away is Sjusjøen

Vågåhuset is a timber building that was moved from Vågå to Lillehammer in 1913. The house was originally one of three buildings on a farm in Vågå in Gudbrandsdalen.
