From the balcony one has an amazing view over Mjøsa and the apartment has sun from sunrise until sunset. In the apartment there is a new large kitchen, dining room with table seating for 8 and a big living room with delicious sofa and big TV, bathroom and guest room. On the top floor there is a large bedroom with french balcony and super view.

In the winter there are nice ski tracks right outside the door and the atmospheric cabin combined with the sauna creates the perfect winter experience. The house is also suitable for those who need a place to stay for a shorter period of time while renovating their house, or looking for something new. A cheap holiday / residence for small to large families.

Husmannsplassen Havrebakken is an idyllic little house on Hovelsrud farm on Helgøya with phenomenal views of Mjøsa. There is a nice house with living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. There is a separate garden around the house. Here you can sit on nice evenings and enjoy the view. There is access to the beach at Hovelsrud. There are nice hiking trails in the forest right behind the house.
