With fantastic views of the mountains, the day starts from the bed and ends relaxed on the cozy balcony, and if you want, also in the hanging swing. Whether on foot, by sled, with cross-country skis or by bike, you can start right at the house.

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

The tourist tax must be paid separately when the guest card is issued. Restaurant and nearest bus stop are a 3-minute walk away. The summer guest card includes a mountain railway ticket for all mountain railways in the valley. Nebelhorn and Söllereckbahn included. The room price includes the booking fees for Airbnb.
