Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Ilaria et sa maman. les explications ont été parfaites et complètes. Le logement était conforme à la description, grand, propre, calme et bien équipé. Les environs sont magnifiques. merci pour tout.

Wow wow wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in Letizia’s apartment for a few days and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Coming from busy Rome, this was the perfect place to slow down and unwind. The village and scenery, were stunning, just so so beautiful. Our favourite part of the day was sitting on the balcony and having breakfast with most amazing view. There’s a small beach with a pontoon a small walk away, great for swimming. Cute cafe/restaurant around the corner, great for coffee or a casual lunch/dinner. We rented a car for our time here (an absolute must in my opinion). The village has a small shop but you would need to travel to a supermarket to eat properly. Absolutely recommend this place, Letizia was also very helpful and accommodating.

Un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. L'appartamento è comodo e confortevole, ben riscaldato e diviso. La cucina è accessoriata e comoda.

"Il Colle" è la soluzione giusta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Gli ambienti a disposizione sono caldi, ampi e funzionali. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili, la comunicazione con Marco è stata facile e veloce. Grazie di cuore...Siamo stati davvero bene!

Zu Fuß kam ich mit dem Backpacker vom Bahnhof an. Die Türen der Kirche gegenüber standen offen und es gab ein wunderschönes Chorkonzert in San Francesco. Danach einen Drink in der Bar unter dem Airbnb - und dann mich einrichten und wohlfühlen in dem großzügigen Appartamento. Ich konnte wunderbar einschlafen. Eine Entdeckung am nächsten Morgen bei Tageslicht: der idyllische Innenhof. Eine perfekte Ankunft in Bella Italia! Grazie mille.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

La Casa di Carla e Patrizia è un vero casale da sogno. Se chiudete gli occhi e provate ad immaginare un casale in Umbria immaginerete proprio questo fantastico Casale! Rústico ma ricercato. Elementi etnici uniti a fantastici dettagli del centro italia. Libri ovunque che riscaldano l’ambiente e raccontano la storia del casale e della sua famiglia. Ci siamo emozionatu. Godersi una bella lettura nella veranda al calduccio e con una bella bevanda hot (un gin tonic o una tisana ai FINOCCHI, cambia poco) è davvero impagabile. La vista fa venire gli occhi lucidi. C’è un po’ di strada da fare per arrivare nei borghi vicini (Narni, Stifone etc) ma prendetela come un’opportunità per godervi la bellissima campagna umbra. Si tratta di una casa in campagna che può richiedere manutenzione durante il soggiorno, ma Patrizia (e immaginiamo anche Carla anche se non l’abbiamo conosciuta di persona) sono gentili e disponibili e faranno di tutto per aiutarvi. Ottimo il ristorante monte del grano 1969

Arrivare nello chalet di Alberto e Tiziana è come entrare in una favola ..la casa è molto accogliente....il bosco incantato....la piscina ci ha fatto compagnia nelle ore più calde. Host top per disponibilità e gentilezza...ci ritorneremo quanto prima.

If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

Very nice stay for a few days relaxing in summer. Beautiful olive gardens around the house, nice collection of wine. Everything clear, super big house, will come back next year!

Siamo stati 3 notti in questa fantastica casa veramente bella curata e accessoriata di qualsiasi utilità , la piscina il paesaggio e il verde veramente unica, torneremo sicuramente consiglio vivamente per chi ha voglia di rilassarsi e passare dei bellissimi giorni, inoltre per la distanza del viaggio siamo arrivati alle 3 del mattino e ci hanno accolto in modo meraviglioso con 3 brioches altrettanto meravigliose. Grazie mille Roberta e Francesco torneremo presto e non vediamo l’ora.

The apartment is beautifully decorated with tasteful artwork and offers a lovely terrace view — perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location is excellent, with great restaurants just downstairs and convenient access to transportation. Our host was incredibly warm and helpful, quickly assisting us whenever we needed support. We were also touched by the thoughtful treats and small gifts prepared for us. Overall, it was a truly wonderful stay.

Fabio è un host gentilissimo e professionale. La vista dall'appartamento è bellissima e l'appartamento è molto carino, con locali spaziosi. Ci torneremo.

Die Unterkunft war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Lage war wie gewünscht abgelegen, ruhig und von Natur umringt. Die Wohnung, insbesondere auch das Badezimmer, war sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Schlafzimmer nebst Bettwäsche waren ebenfalls sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit einen Aufenthalt definitiv wert und empfehlenswert!

We had a lovely one night stay at Claudia’s beautiful apartment! It is very centrally located in Tivoli, a short walk to all of the sights and restaurants. The space is very stylish and clean. We received detailed instructions about parking and getting to the apartment which was very helpful.

Appartamento molto carino, tipico, che permette di muoversi facilmente per raggiungere punti di interesse come le cascate delle Marmore. Con i nostri cani siamo stati a nostro agio, abbiamo anche trovato delle ciotole per loro. C’era tutto il necessario per la cucina ed in bagno. Giuseppe ci ha anche fornito dei voucher sconto sia per cascate che per ristoranti circostanti la casa. Unica cosa, ma che a noi non ha creato nessun tipo di disagio è che il parcheggio non si trova vicino la casa, ma bisogna fare un tratto a piedi, nulla di impraticabile ad ogni modo. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare qui!

Noi e il nostro cane ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il posto è incantevole con una vista mozzafiato. Paola è molto cortese, presente e disponibile. Ci ha permesso di andare oltre l'orario di check out, senza un limite di tempo.

Io e mia moglie con I nostri cani siamo stati il weekend del 25 Aprile nell'alloggio di Piera. Siamo stati benissimo: casa piccola ma funzionalissima,bellissimo giardino recintato per i nostro cani e vista spettacolare. Non vediamo ľora di tornare.

Daniel’s place was exactly how it was described! Great location! Close to the square & excellent dining. Daniel was an amazing host! So helpful and ready to help with any requests. It was ideal for an overnight. Communication and directions were spot on! Super value! Highly recommend ☺️

Soggiorno fantastico! Il mini loft è super accogliente e ha una vista sul lago che lascia senza parole. Il borgo è tranquillissimo, perfetto per rilassarsi e staccare. L’host, Laura, è stata gentilissima e super accogliente, sembrava di stare come a casa. Torneremo di sicuro!
