The apartment is in an excellent location, 10 minutes walk to the train station and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. It is also on a road which is very quiet at night. The apartment is very spacious and clean, a very good price for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

We stayed at Stefania's apartment for 4 nights in August. Its a well equipped apartment, in a quiet neighbourhood . We recommend hiring a Lime bike to get around. The beaches near the Grand Hotel are outstanding and there is a ferry which can take you from one side of the harbour to the other, to avoid cycling on the main roads. The Italians really know how to go to the beach, in style! Everyone we met was utterly charming. Love Rimini and will definitely be returning.

The apartment is great, I've been on Airbnb for over 10 years and this apartment is one of the best I've booked during this time. Andrea is a super host, he has thought of everything and was always responsive to us. The place was really stocked with everything you could possibly need, even every little thing was there. Beautiful decor, top location, central and quiet, right on a canal. The terrace/balcony is a dream, through the large glazed sliding doors the border between the living room and the outdoor area disappears and you can relax comfortably on the sofa and enjoy the view. When we left, we had a pretty chat with Andrea, like with a good friend. We'll be back for sure!

The location of the house is unique, with a wide view of the valley and the mountains. The apartment is lovingly designed and very clean. A narrow street leads to the house. The staff immediately helped us find a bike workshop and announced us. Thank you for that. Breakfast was plentiful and with great views from the terrace. The pool is fantastic, but we didn't use it. All in all perfect. Mille grazie!

Me and my friends had an amazing time here. It was clean and had everything we needed such as cooking supplies. We had plenty of space for all our belongings and was very pleased with everything including the perfect location and the very responsive host. We would come here again.

We loved staying at this apartment. Excellent view, good breeze in the evening and close to the beach. Hosts were excellent and the apartment was clean and tidy. Confortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen and everything is just like the pictures. Allows for a perfect vacation in Cesenatico.

A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog, and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic hot tub (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard views, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... gained weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move in.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Davide’s place — the house was nothing short of perfect. The property is gorgeous, with breathtaking views, an amazing pool, and the most peaceful setting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook some great meals, and the entire space was spotlessly clean and beautifully styled. I stayed at this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the heart of the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center — really impressive! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

Donata is a great person very friendly and speaks english fluently. her place is up at a mountain with lots of green ,trees and mountains. when we got there she had made us homemade bread , cake , cookies, yogurt milk, espresso machine for us ready for the next morning. . The only problem is that you need to drive a car there and not to be afraid to drive in tiny roads .

clean and cozy home just a few kilometers from Urbino. Ideal for a stay with friends because the spaces are really large. The gem is the fireplace that Angelo kindly left on for us on our arrival. Highly recommended!

Marco’s place truly over-delivered on every expectation. The apartment is stunning – beautifully renovated, full of natural light, and so well-thought-out that you instantly feel at home. It’s not just a stopover kind of place – you’ll want to spend a few days here to really enjoy it. Everything was pristine clean and modern, with unique touches throughout. The reading corner in particular is such a charming, cozy spot – a real highlight that makes the space feel special. I honestly wish I had stayed longer! One small note of caution: in one of the two bathrooms (the one with the bathtub), there’s a low beam that could be easy to bump your head on – just something to keep in mind. Other than that, this was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve had. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and atmospheric, like stepping into a small village. You’ll need to park the car about 4 minutes away, but it’s absolutely worth it for the calm and the pedestrian-only vibe.

A perfect house, very close by car to the fair, the house is very spacious and with everything you need. The terrace is the icing on the cake.

The house was on a very quiet street, with a few bars nearby where you can drink coffee in the morning. Clean, tidy and quiet place.

Communication with Eleonora was straightforward and very friendly. From arrival Stefano was our contact, very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the apartment, explained all the special features, helped with everything and was quick to respond if there were problems. Friday afternoon arrival, Internet/WiFi does not work. Although the repair lasted until Monday, our departure day, Stefano took care of it, despite the weekend. We found it very pleasant to have personal contact. The apartment is truly special. Clear architecture, pleasant colors, good amenities, cozy. Actually, it is very close to the sea, but everything is very built up, hotels and restaurants probably conquered the squares in recent years. Unfortunately, no access to the beach in the vicinity was possible with a dog, so we drove to Pesaro and Fano. Thanks to Stefano and Eleonora and all the best!

Available hosts, apartment in the historic center, a 10-minute walk from the sea, large square, very well arranged with a shaded inner courtyard: everything new, in particular we liked the two bathrooms, each with a shower made particularly cozy by tastefully decorated coatings. I went with a friend for a sports competition and we couldn't have chosen 🙌 better. We felt right at home, the host family took care of all the details, they even prepared dinner for us the first day we arrived very late!! The apartment is great (it is integrated into the residential complex where they also live), the area is very quiet and beautiful and you have a pharmacy, some bars and a supermarket next door.
