Vacation rentals with a pool in Riccione

This stay exceeded all our expectations! Everything was perfect – the communication was super smooth, the check-in process was easy, and the place itself was even better than we had hoped. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout our time there. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone!

A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog, and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic hot tub (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard views, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... gained weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move in.

Beautiful spacious accommodation with everything you need. Enjoy swimming, chilling in the Jacuzzi and BBQing. All the peace and space to completely unwind. Marissa is a friendly host who makes sure you don't miss anything and that you can find everything you need.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Davide’s place — the house was nothing short of perfect. The property is gorgeous, with breathtaking views, an amazing pool, and the most peaceful setting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook some great meals, and the entire space was spotlessly clean and beautifully styled. Davide is truly the best host in all of Italy — kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming from start to finish. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable. Beautiful stay in a beautiful country home. My college aged daughter got a 5 week internship at an operhouse in Novafeltria (25 minutes from the property), and we planned a family vacation for after job ended. We stayed at this property for 4 nights, and we couldn't have picked a better place. The grounds were so peaceful, and the pool was perfect in the evenings after a day's worth of activities. The house was immaculate. Kitchen was very well outfitted, and Carlotta even included a few breakfast items and a cake. Beds and linens were super comfortable, and the AC in each bedroom was effective and welcome. Ravenna is about an hour away, and the beach in Rimini is just a half hour from the house as well. We rented a car in Bologna and drove in to this property, and it was very easy to get around and to the beaches and towns. Thank you Carlotta, for sharing such a beautiful place.

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

Very pleasant vacation in Gabicce Monte in a very quiet and restful area. The accommodation is essential, not new, overall tidy and well maintained, for our needs it was comfortable and practical. The pool borders a pleasant alternative to the sea. Titti is a responsive host, capable and fully able to respect the privacy of its customers. I recommend this place to those who love to move between beautiful Romagna and the enchanting hinterland of the Marche.

Amazing space and location. Omar's was spotless, the bed was so comfy, the kitchen although we didn't really use it was very well equipped. Some lovely bars and restaurants on the doorstep to. 15 minute stroll into Misano and a fantastic little beach 5 minutes away. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks Omar 😊

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!

Such a peaceful location, you can fully relax here, it is like your home away from home. with comfortable bed, and living area we were able to spread out and relax for the first time in days. we did not feel the need to go out and simply enjoyed a bottle of wine. while we had ours with us, we noticed the host had several to purchase in unit. would not change anything about this place it was perfect.
