Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

The cozy 70 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor in our single-family house with private entrance and terrace. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed with Bedside tables, wardrobe and TV. The living room is equipped with a corner couch, a 120 cm bed, wardrobe, and TV. From the living room, a space-saving staircase (attention: no railing!) leads to the attic. 3 more people can stay there. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people (with dishwasher).

The apartment is on the first floor of Birgit's single-family home. It is conveniently located, suitable for up to 4 people from 6 years of age and is fully equipped. The large south-facing balcony overlooks the garden and pool of the hostess Birgit. The garden and pool are used by Birgit, her family and possibly also private guests. You are welcome to use the area at any time. However, there is no right to exclusive use. Your grill is on your balcony.

The cottage is open concept and has two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with the kitchen, the bathroom. Upstairs is a sleeping area as well as a separate bed room. The cottage is suitable for couples, individual adventurers and families with kids.

Our house is located in a renovated two-story factory building in Bahrenfeld/Ottensen. Here you will find absolute tranquility, as it is secluded from the road. After a walk of approx. 10 minutes you can also enjoy life in one of Hamburg's trendiest neighborhoods. Restaurants, pubs, cinemas and the Elbe beach are in the immediate vicinity. The heart of our house is the large living area and the large veranda.
