Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. In unserem urgemütlichen und gleichzeitig sehr gehobenen Tiny House/Bauwagen, könnt ihr abschalten und Eure Auszeit genießen! Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

The cozy 70 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor in our single-family house with private entrance and terrace. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed with Bedside tables, wardrobe and TV. The living room is equipped with a corner couch, a 120 cm bed, wardrobe, and TV. From the living room, a space-saving staircase (attention: no railing!) leads to the attic. 3 more people can stay there. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people (with dishwasher).

Experience comfort in this cozy Nordic-style apartment, offering 36–38 m² of thoughtfully designed living space. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a welcoming living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Maximum capacity: 4 people (double sofa bed for 2 guests) For stays of 7 nights or more, weekly housekeeping is included. Additional cleaning services can be booked at an extra cost. Bed linen and towels included.

Bright 2-room apartment, central and quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of Birgit's single-family home. It is conveniently located, suitable for up to 4 people from 6 years of age and is fully equipped. The large south-facing balcony overlooks the garden and pool of the hostess Birgit. The garden and pool are used by Birgit, her family and possibly also private guests. You are welcome to use the area at any time. However, there is no right to exclusive use. Your grill is on your balcony.

Have you always wanted to stay in a mobile tiny house? Then this is the perfect opportunity to make a stay at the gates of Hamburg. The tiny house is right on the border of Hamburg. By S-Bahn (S3 station "Krupunder"), you can reach Altona in 17 minutes and in about 20-25 minutes on the Reeperbahn or at the landing bridges at the harbor. The S-Bahn is about 10 minutes walk from us. By car, you are quickly on the A23 (exit "Krupunder/Rellingen").

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Cozy studio in Hamburg Schnelsen

Welcome to my studio with a separate entrance. A well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area for 2 people awaits you. From the box-spring bed you have a view into the garden. The shower room is newly renovated. You can walk to the bus stations on Frohmestrasse. There are also all shops, post office and restaurants. The exit of the A 7, Schnelsen, is around the corner.
