Erlebe in dieser besonderen und neu möblierten Unterkunft besondere Momente. Idyllische Lage mit Blick auf See und Berge. Der Balkon und Sitzplatz laden zum Verweilen ein. Parkplatz vorhanden. Öffentlicher Seezugang und Liegewiese in 100 m Entfernung. Der schöne Strandweg entlang des Seeufers führt von Rapperswil nach Schmerikon und direkt durch Bollingen. Es ist ein Fuss- und Radweg von 11 km Länge. Bollingen ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar! ÖV und Läden sind in 5 min. Autofahrt entfernt.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Cozy 2-room apartment near Zurich

We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. However, there are also an incredible number of sights and things to do in the area. We're here to help you find something suitable. The studio is wheelchair accessible and has no steps.
