The description is accurate, the location is good and quiet, the house is comfortable. I would just add an air conditioner to the 2nd bedroom. There are facilities nearby to buy basic things, the beaches are 15-20 min away by car. We were 3 adults and 2 children and we were comfortable. Thales was attentive and always answered. We would definitely go back to this stay.

Mari is very flexible and helpful from the first contact, she responds quickly, which was even decisive in choosing the house. The house is great, corresponding to the listing. Frederick and Raquel are great hosts! Beautiful home, seamless check-in/out process and they gave us some great recommendations for food and beaches. Buzios is quite a drive from the tourist destinations but ideal if you’re looking for a more scenic and relaxed experience in Rio 😊

Larissa promptly responded to everything I needed and resolved any request that arose. We all love the beach that is very close. I recommend it and when I return, I will return without fear. The stay at Arthur's house was simply FANTASTIC. For the second time we chose this paradise to be with our family. Excellent. Another unforgettable weekend here in this house. We've stayed in other houses, but the big difference here is precisely Arthur and all the care and affection as a host. The stay at the yellow house was great! The host, Sueli, welcomed us with affection and attention. The house is airy, clean, comfortable, equipped and well decorated, which makes for a quiet and comfortable stay. It is about 15 minutes - by car - from Rua das Pedras, and the neighborhood seemed quiet, with no complications during our stay. We intend to return again, on sunnier days than those in May, to better enjoy the pool area, which is also a delight.

The space is very cozy!! Close to everything, you can walk to the fair! The whirlpool with the view is a delight! And we used the barbecue with ease too! I'd definitely be back!!

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial gate so that his collaborator could give us the key. We did, but our message didn't reach Mirtes, and he didn't answer our call. We called his colleague, who also didn't answer us, until at one point the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the condominium reception called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension, as it was the first time we rented from Mirtes, who responded to us after receiving the keys. We were practically sleep-deprived from the trip and with three children who were also tired. Everything else was great! The apartment is very well maintained, very nicely decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the promenade. Spectacular! Go back

I had already gone to Golden Lake last year and I decided to repeat the dose, but in another apartment. As for the locality, I keep my opinion: everything works really fine and has several activities for residents and guests. As for Joaquim's hosting, everything was wonderful.
