Constantino is a great host, we had a great experience from the first contact. Also, in person it was even better: he welcomed us in the best possible way, detailed and careful with everything. We arrived tired of a long drive and it was a pleasant surprise. Close to the experience we had with him, the house ends up being the least important, but I can't help but talk: it's exactly like in the photos, the condominium is a delight, super quiet, safe and complete for those who want to rest with the family*, and super well located. I walked to Manguinhos beach, to supermarkets and restaurants. We'll be back more often, and I also recommend it to everyone on Airbnb, including the least friends and family. Thanks, Tino!

The place certainly became our main lodging point in Macacu waterfalls. The cottage is wonderful, with everything we need and super quiet, with that little waterfall noise in the background that makes us get into the mood for relaxation. There is a great waterfall on the property that we also used, the place is super quiet, away from outside noises and really very comfortable. Host Gustavo is very attentive, always responds quickly and resolved everything very quickly. About the location, for me it is in a very strategic point and surrounded by natural beauty. Boca do Mato is a very beautiful region and the property is before the toll, so it's in a great location. Close to several points that we reached in 2-5 minutes by car, really close to everything. We already want to plan our return and with other friends and family We loved our days there and in the city! Gustavo gave several tips in the guide and it was really worth it! Vera is an excellent host! I followed all the waterfall and restaurant tips she gave and loved each one. The cottage is super cozy and pleasant, with everything we need for a perfect stay: mini kitchen, smart TV, Wi-Fi and a lovely fireplace. Everything was impeccable! I'll definitely be back.

Perfect Estadia! The property is beautiful, large pool and well taken care of, the chalet has everything and a little more, very comfortable, everything very new, well equipped kitchen, the shower is great, air-conditioning a marvel, even though it is well ventilated. Pleasant gourmet area by the pool, still provided us with all the equipment to make barbecue, also provided a gallon of water with 25l. Sérgio guided us perfectly, Seu Zezinho (homemade) extremely requested, still harvested fresh coconut. The location is easily accessible, very close to the border of Cachoeira de Monaco with Itaboraí, close to the main road, even the day it rained I went to the market without any problems and my car is low. Region of very quiet sites. I will return as soon as possible, note 10 with praise!

This house is absolutely amazing! We booked both houses, which are next to each other, for 6 people. Plenty of space for everyone. The houses are surrounded by dense trees (which is why it's called a tree house). The views from some of the bedrooms and the from the pool are breathtaking! Watching the sunrise at the pool while having breakfast was my favorite time of the day. My whole family loved the house and we did not want to leave. Also the house is walking distance to the beach (about 5-10 minutes), but it's a hilly walk so not for everyone. Some days we would drive to the beach which takes 2 minutes (finding parking can be difficult so leave the house early). The beach Joao Fernandes is one of the closest and one of my favorite (you can go scuba diving or snorkeling there). Only additional comment about the house is regarding the driveway which is very steep. If you have a small/heavy car it may not get up there. One of our cars didn't, so we parked down on the street, which is free and we had no issues. Anyway, a great experience and I would love to go back! Thanks Michele and Daniela for everything!

It met the expectation, I searched for a place to rest, and served very well It is located on a street, the last house on the street, with this, there is no car noise and etc... only the singing of birds. I made friends with the neighbor in the front, very friendly, and gave us even avocado from his plantation. The chalet is very close to everything, with everything, there is a little piece of the street that is very steep, but it was quiet to go down and up, I did not use the car, only walk. Ana and her mother, Marly are very friendly. I recommend the rental.

The place is beautiful, the local nature exceeded my expectations. Riozinho river flowing through the property and 3 more easily accessible waterfalls near the cottages. I found the explanations and signs for access to the place clear, and the road was okay, I went with a low car and everything worked out. The reception with Sandro, the local caretaker, is an experience in itself. Extremely helpful, he welcomed us very well, always doing everything to please. It was an excellent stadia, it is very close to the center of Lumiar. Next to the bath points (Meeting of the Rivers and Green Well). Some days were rainy, but since the house has a nice balcony with views and access to the river, this made the trip very fruitful, even Staying at home.

The place is great and super quiet. Perfect for disconnecting, relaxing and enjoying nature. We went on a rainy weekend, the road inside the property really leaves something to be desired. But it's just a detail compared to the tranquility and infrastructure the place offers. Especially Sandro, always with a smile on his face and willing to help. I'll definitely come back more often.

For a moment we were apprehensive about booking because of the comments about the road and access to the property, we found the road and access to be super good, very similar to the Sana road, even better actually. We went with a low car and it was super quiet. Rodrigo and Sandro gave us full assistance, always proactive and willing. We'll be back for sure, it's really worth it.

Wonderful place, full of nature around. Cozy, comfortable house, equipped with what is necessary for the stay and very close to a wonderful river. In the needs we had, the housekeeper supported us with promptness and sympathy. Super recommend and I will leave favored to return again times.

Everything was perfect, since the first contact with the host Vinício who, by the way, is very polite and helpful. From there, everything was perfect. The cottage is very close to the perfect black tip lighthouse and grotto. The cabin is exactly as it is in the photo. All very clean and with a breathtaking view!!! The place is sensational for both adults and children. Peace, quiet, quiet and close to both Cabo frio and Buzios. By car, it's close to everything I went during the carnival and it took us a 25 min max to Rua das Pedras (which is the furthest point inside conches). For the cold cable, it took less than that to the Rocket Beach. Clarissa and Vinicius (the guy who takes care of her houses) are a 10. We were very well received and met in all of our requests. I recommend it with 100% certainty. I am sure we will return soon!!!!

Jorge is a super good guy who has even given me incredible support on all my doubts, note 10. Regarding the space, there was everything that was described in the listing, a cozy, clean place, swimming pool, parking inside the condominium, very good employees, house with all support for the "day" (dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.), bakery/market around and a beach practically within the condominium. Everyone in the family became in love with the site, I'm sure we'll come back more often.

A cute place to stay.. has a great garden. Easy access to the local beach, and access by main road to the best beaches in the area. There is good parking on the property close to the kitchen door. Worth the stay.
