Vacation rentals with a patio in Região dos Lagos

We were in two people and the apartment met all our expectations. It was all very clean and organized, as well as the common area. Parking is well demarcated and holds all vehicles. The location is good, close to the beach and the fair of Praça da Cidadania, great for snacking and shopping for souvenirs.

Spectacular, We are a family that was amazed by the apartment and its privileged view. Regarding cleanliness, the concern is very noticeable, all the appliances are in perfect condition. You can feel the comfort of your own home and more. I recommend the place 100% and its hosts are always available to help. Wonderful apartment, with a sensational view! Super clean, spacious and very tidy. We were 4 people (2 couples) and we settled in very well, with privacy in the rooms. The apartment has 2 very spacious bedrooms, with beds that are exactly as shown in the photos, 1 of them being a suite and the other having a bathroom almost next door (almost a second suite). Both rooms have air conditioning working properly and have Wi-Fi available for guests. The kitchen is equipped with the basic utensils you need for cooking (frying pan, plates, cutlery, glasses, water filter...)

Amazing house, exactly as in the pictures. Everything impeccably clean, clean bedding and bathrooms, functional kitchen with absolutely everything you might need and more, nothing is missing. The outside area is wonderful and won our heart, because we were able to enjoy the pool, barbecue, etc. We had an amazing and delicious reception made by Carol, Zezé is very nice and always served us very well and Wagner has always been very helpful with us. I would be honestly missing characters because I would really compliment you. Thank you very much! It was perfect! I have absolutely nothing to suggest improvement. It was wildly the best home we've ever been through Airbnb. Voltaria a thousand times!

We stayed at Refúgio da Mata and loved the accommodation. Charming place, surrounded by greenery, silence and peace. I loved the experience of sleeping listening only to the sound of the waterfall. The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. We'll be back in the summer to enjoy the pool and the waterfall that's very close. Mr. Aurimar was very helpful with all the requests we made. I highly recommend you stay. It's worth getting to know this pleasant retreat!

Amanda's place doesn't match the photos, because it's even more beautiful and enjoyable live, an absurd peace. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for the stay. Always responded quickly, being very friendly. I'll definitely go back, I've already referred it to friends and family. Super recommend!!

The house is great, very well-equipped, with everything working perfectly. The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures. I loved the hot tub to relax. Jéssica and Lindomar were very friendly and attentive, always responding quickly. It was very easy to get there. The house is in a very quiet and private place, but at the same time close to the center. My husband and I love it!!

Our stay was wonderful, the house is exactly as advertised. Amanda is an excellent host, friendly and very helpful. The house has all the necessary utensils to make coffee and meals. The cleaning was spotless. High-quality towels and sheets were provided. The place offers a lot of privacy and tranquility. The location in my opinion is perfect, a few minutes from Arraial, and very close to the Monte Alto lagoon, at the end of the street there is also a beautiful beach. We will definitely stay at this beautiful house again.

We spent days with great comfort and tranquility. Clean and comfortable bedding. Spectacular cleanliness, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils. Tips on places to visit and where to eat with excellence. We will definitely be back, we felt at home.

I loved the penthouse, everything was clean and organized, excellent location, right in front of the beach, the condominium is luxurious, with a swimming pool, game room and no bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra, from the first moment I thought about renting, cleared up all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had any more questions, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational, only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

My stay was great, check-in was smooth and Anita had already sent a document with all the necessary information. The apartment is very clean, functional and pleasant. Anita was always very attentive and helpful. I recommend it.

The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well-equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to the ones downtown you have to have a car or go by Uber.

The place is undoubtedly wonderful. For those who know, the dry beach is an excellent destination for rest and being in a house like this rest is guaranteed. It will probably have to order something or go to the market a few times, but it is at most 10min of the house. Very good space for couple or family with 4 people. Since much of the lakes region is very hot kk but the air and the ventilator of the room account for the message. The outdoor area is undoubtedly the key point of the house. all very beautiful by day and the night improves even more with the lighting of the pool, the Buddha and the rest of the space. And as I had read here, because of the proximity to the sea it is possible to hear the waves at the beginning and end of the day! For those who take advantage of this space too, I leave as a tip to take repellent. And very light clothes, the house tends to heat up a little during the day, but as I said, nothing that the air and the room fan don't count!

My family and I spent a wonderful weekend in Paula's apartment. The apartment is well equipped, contains everything the guest needs, I felt at home. The condominio has a very large pool, a gym and is close to the beach and local restaurants. We will definitely go back! Ah and Paula is very kind and made us very comfortable.

I get back in camp I'm only in this place. amazing pool restaurant all very affordable value. but cheap that on the beach. wonderful food. we only have compliments.
