Wonderful! Claudio is a great host! Super comfortable apartment and exactly as described. The location is excellent, the view is waiting and the condominium has full infrastructure and security. We spent days with great comfort and tranquility. Clean and comfortable bedding. Spectacular cleanliness, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils. Tips on places to visit and where to eat with excellence. We will definitely be back, we felt at home.

Amazing place, the view is sensational, in addition to hearing the sound of the sea at all times! It feels like we're on the beach! The apartment is very complete, very well maintained and everything is working very well! The condominium is safe and very well organized. Claudia is super attentive and we were very well received! Everything is spectacularly great... the apartment is in a beautiful place, quiet, with a beautiful view, it is super comfortable and spacious. The area is safe and access is private. Gabi was super friendly and helpful at all times, she recommended several places to visit and she is very nice. Everything is highly recommended! Thank you so much 😊

All as advertised, close to TD, we were well installed. We felt at home, equipped kitchen and clean TD mto.

We arrived and found a super nice, smelling and clean ap. The view is wonderful and the beds are cozy.

We are very pleased with the stay! The host, Leonardo (my son's name too, coincidentally!), was extremely polite and attentive. The apartment was impeccably clean and organized, everything exactly as shown in the photos. We had an excellent experience and felt very welcome. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

It's a great place with a convenient location. Luli was very kind, especially since we arrived a bit later than expected. There are nice dining options within a 10-minute walk.

The experience was incredible! Easy and responsive check in. A secluded view, in addition to the possibility of sleeping listening to the sound of the sea. The proximity of the beach and easy access were also strong points.

I loved the penthouse, everything was clean and organized, excellent location, right in front of the beach, the condominium is luxurious, with a swimming pool, game room and no bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra, from the first moment I thought about renting, cleared up all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had any more questions, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational, only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

My stay was great, check-in was smooth and Anita had already sent a document with all the necessary information. The apartment is very clean, functional and pleasant. Anita was always very attentive and helpful. I recommend it.

We stayed as a couple, with our little dog, and we loved the experience! The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the beach. Frank was an extremely friendly and polite host, welcomed us very well and shared valuable tips that made our stay even more special. We'll definitely be back!

The place is undoubtedly wonderful. For those who know, the dry beach is an excellent destination for rest and being in a house like this rest is guaranteed. It will probably have to order something or go to the market a few times, but it is at most 10min of the house. Very good space for couple or family with 4 people. Since much of the lakes region is very hot kk but the air and the ventilator of the room account for the message. The outdoor area is undoubtedly the key point of the house. all very beautiful by day and the night improves even more with the lighting of the pool, the Buddha and the rest of the space. And as I had read here, because of the proximity to the sea it is possible to hear the waves at the beginning and end of the day! For those who take advantage of this space too, I leave as a tip to take repellent. And very light clothes, the house tends to heat up a little during the day, but as I said, nothing that the air and the room fan don't count!

I was very satisfied with the accommodation, we will definitely be back.

tranquil and delicious stay! house is located a few meters from Caravelas beach that lies within one of the largest Brazil pau reserves in Rio. under-explored beach,clean and with structure( restaurant) and some stalls . Little bustling and calm region! Clean and very spacious home!

the space was perfectly neat and according to the photos, the condominium is very familiar and great for bringing children. I recommend who is, take food or eat in the city because the restaurant does not have so many options and the price is a little salty. The host is excellent, always responds fast, and is always sending several recommendations on what to do in the city for leisure and food. Voltaria another chance ❤️

My family and I spent a wonderful weekend in Paula's apartment. The apartment is well equipped, contains everything the guest needs, I felt at home. The condominio has a very large pool, a gym and is close to the beach and local restaurants. We will definitely go back! Ah and Paula is very kind and made us very comfortable.

Everything was very good, only on Saturday there was a little noise due to the high flow of vehicles, but everything was excellent, close to everything, the place was very nice, we would return with my family.

mr. Leandro was very requested regarding the request to change the check-in, the property is very beautiful and comfortable, the condominium is beautiful and the pools are great, the kitchen is quite complete. I will definitely return.
