Condo vacation rentals in Rawai

A perfect place for family of 4 for 5 nights!Christophe done a good hosting through his proactive and friendly supports in all the need required!every necessity is right down the building,at close walkable distance!!We had car so going at Kamala beach and coming from there& all the beach clubs or Patong area was very easy!Altogether we enjoyed the view from the Apt.and had a good five days there!

Very nice condo, much space and nice swimming pool

I stayed almost 11 nights at this place and really liked it. It is a bit on a "hill" at the north of patong and therefore quieter than as if you would stay at the center of patong, but you can reach everything well either by walking or with the motorbike (try to get an international driving license before coming to Phuket). The stay was clean and as described, the check-in was easy. I really liked the infinity pool which was often very empty due to the time i stayed (low-season, end of may). The apartment had everything you needed for the house-hold and cooking etc. I had some issues at the beginning with some noise in the bedroom (probably coming from apartments closeby who put some gadgets close to the bedroom) and texted with Georgi (one of the Airbnb Hosts). He answered quickly and wanted to look at it after my stay. He is very good at communicating and very friendly + fast. For the discomfort in the beginning he also gave me a free massage coupon.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was great about the place! Special thanks to host for providing a baby cot, chair and even some books, which my daughter was reading with a great pleasure. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location with one of the best views of Sea you will find in the whole of Phuket. The Villa is immaculate and very large. Access is up a steep hill but we got regular taxis via Grab which came right to the door of the Villa. The Luxe Villa team were fantastic, arranging private massages in the Villa and also private excursions for our family of 5 (3 young children).

Vitaly is very responsive and friendly host - helped with everything. Room was super clean and spacious with all necessary staff (except shampoo and etc.) The only minus I can say is that this particular room is located in front of the road and on the sunny side, so it might be hard to sleep long in the morning unless you are super drunk :) (I got up pretty early though, so it wasn't a big problem for me :) But I was in my friend's room on the other side of the building and it was very nice and quiet (also clean and spacious btw)

Dean is a stand out and an all star, and so are his rental properties at Chom Tawan! We loved every minute of our time in his rental and truly appreciate his level of genuine effort and communication. We cooked meals everyday thanks to the fully stocked kitchen and spent unforgettable moments in the apartment, the pool. the beautiful property and, of course, the breathtaking beaches just a short stroll away. Do yourself the favor and book you're stay at Chom Tawan through Dean; there may be alternate Airbnb options for this property but there's only one Dean🙏🏽.

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

Very nice place, it is quiet and peaceful, close to the beach, nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, shops and street food points. There are several swimming pools and a gym on site, clean and modern rooms. I recommend

Abdullah and the whole facilities of the hotel amazing! Ideal place to stay away from hot and dirty Patong city but still very close. Perfect location.Room nice and spacious with a free and safe parking.

Super location, great facilities, so handy having a washing machine and rooftop pool. Overall great value, only negative is the lack of a 2nd key and essentials

5/5 Stars Sam was an amazing host—very hospitable and helpful! The Airbnb listing was great and the location was convenient. Just a heads-up: make sure to wait for Sam to send you the exact location through Airbnb messages—we took a taxi and got dropped off at the wrong spot, but it worked out fine. Sam helped us find a laundromat and shared some great tips and tricks for exploring Thailand. Highly recommend staying here!

I travel around the world and I actually review rentals. I can give this a five star all around. You will not be disappointed staying in this unit. You’re in the middle of everything! The beach is right outside your door, Food, convenience stores and everything you would expect right in walking distance. Neil is amazing and we actually became friends. So Neil thank you very much I’ll be staying there when I come back to Thailand.

We had a great week at Attila's place. The apartment is large and beautiful, direct access to the pool is a real treat! We'll be happy to go back

Had an amazing stay at this room for the second time now. I felt at home and had would recommend this room to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rawai.

Great choice to stay in Ya Nui, they have some great rooms with kitchen/lounge etc.. perfect for longer stays. Located on a quite road, the area is peaceful and close to some restaurants and small supermarkets. Pool is lovely and clean and makes a great centre piece to the resort. Gabriel and his team are good to deal with. We would definitely be happy to return here

Great place to stay in. Bente was very helpful and responsive throughout. The place was clean and had easy access to restaurants and Patong Beach.

This place better than the pictures. They provided all if the amenities that you would need.. even an iron. The area had everything that you needed within walking distance. I truly felt at home. My only complaint is that a man came from Intel came knocking on my door at 9pm asking for the room deposit. They didn’t communicate with me that he was coming and I felt that it was very unprofessional and inappropriate. They need to add the the electric charge to the rental price and dispute damages with Airbnb i stead of disturbing the guests. They did communicate check the out time and deposit return. Other than that, my stay was so comfortable that I just chilled around town and in the room. I barely did any of my planned activities.

Everything is tip top. I was very nicely received and got many helpful tips about the area. I highly recommend it!
