Apartment vacation rentals in Rawai

I've chosen this place for a family vacation and it was very nice 2 weeks ! The owner and manager were amazing helping with all stuff wee needed. They have many stuff for making quick food with toaster, coffeemaker and microwave. So so nice location with beautiful view and little lake with frogs singing in evening. It was nice to rest on terrace enjoying the jungle view with a cup of coffee. ***Just [obviously] as consequence of high season there may be many disgusting rusians disturbing peace [indeed] at night >>>> just contact the staff and they will assist or call the police to calm those down.

Such a beautiful place. It is in perfect location, close to all attractions. The host even provided snacks for us. Their place and them, both are warm and lovely!

Perfect place for a family of 5-6 people. Despite a little bit of stairs for our unit but well worth it for everything else. Nina and the team made sure we were happy with everything. Beautiful place with great view and kitchen and living room space. Definitely recommend if you looking for something private and quiet getaway.

This place was stunning! One of the nicest airbnbs I have stayed in and would highly recommend. Everything was clean and had fantastic amenities since you are connected through a hotel!

Beautiful building with two pools, a library, remote workrooms, and great for long-term stays. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished, with a pool view and an outdoor bathing tub. Dining table can double as a work desk, though an extra study table with a reading light would be helpful as the hall felt a bit dark. There’s a large storage room. Facilities are excellent — a functional gym, separate saunas, library, strong Wi-Fi, and two canteens plus a restaurant. Nothing is within short walking distance, so a bike or car is needed; plenty of parking available. The reception is 24 hours and very friendly. Bike rentals are nearby. The building has hotel rooms and apartments; the host is professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Overall, an excellent place for remote work or long stays. Phuket has a relaxed vibe, more suited to people who enjoy a quieter island lifestyle. Highly recommend this apartment for a peaceful, work-friendly environment.

Nice little spot, very cosy

Very nice place, nice setting, all needs catered for. would not consider beach area in front ideal for bathing, could sun bath but there are enough nice beaches in Phuket. there is a 711 next door for any thing you need, and some really nice bars and restaurants in walking distance

I loved our stay here. Check in was smooth and the staff is very nice and responsive. We loved how close we were to a lot of the places we planned on visiting. The unit itself is beautiful and spacious and has everything you need for a long term stay. Highly recommend!!

Darinee is a very great woman who made our stay very special. We felt very comfortable since the first second. The room was cleaned every day and we were given support in every way. It was exactly what we imagined, a quiet place where we could relax. 5 min to the most beautiful beach, thanks to Darinee's recommendation. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay! Jean-Michel’s place was well equipped with everything we needed and the view is amazing. The pool area is very relaxing and you are able to order drinks and food. It is a peaceful location but still close to bars, restaurants and the beach, right at the bottom of the hill. We had a car so we were able to drive down but this could also be accessible with a bike. The hill is steep to walk up but there are plenty of tuck tucks around that would take you up if needed. It is most defiantly worth it, as you can see the sun setting every evening from both apartment and pool area😊. The operational manager was lovely who made are check in as smooth as possible and was always available to answer any questions, the cleaners were also amazing, going above and beyond. There is some local construction commencing in front of the apartment which on days did cause a lot of dust and noise. However, the cleaners did their best to keep the balcony as clean as possible. Highly recommended, very satisfied

Considering this is right smack back in the middle of Bangla Road, you don't hear a thing once in the room. Brilliant location and really good apartment if you want to be central to everything. Alex was a great host too with clear check in instructions and was always quick to reply with any questions I had. Very helpful and he made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend staying here.

It was a picturesque place to stay in for several nights in Karon, the apartment is nice, as in pictures. It was all clean, with a nice terrace and good hosts Serdar and Svetlana. Not far from Karon beach, only 10 minutes by foot. And you can find all necessary shops and restaurants around while walking. The welcome was great. But please pay attention that the electricity payment is not included in the price, with extra charge. The place is all new, it has its own pool exit, and you have a nice pull around the apartments, with fitness center. The air conditioning was great so you can stay and chill at home after the wet hot weather outside. Also has a smart TV and WiFi inside the apartment. I recommend this place to stay in while in Karon!

The stay was great because we stayed for a long time, and the host sent us a free pick-up, which was great!!

My family and myself have stayed at Sunset Plaza before and love the location. Dr Supot's place is very clean and he and his team is very responsive. The AC in the 2nd room was leaking probably due to condensation and I sent them a message in the middle of the night at 2am. I was not expecting a reply but to my surprise, I received a reply and was assured that they will have someone come to take a look at it later that day. It was indeed settled. Location wise, it is up a somewhat steep slope and that gave us the beautiful view of the sunset every evening we were there. Will definitely look forward to our next stay there.

Brilliant place and easy to walk to places in Patong from there, great host.

Very nice place in Keemala. Good location next to super market and fast food not far from the party area. Communication and check in was very easy. Host was responsive and very nice overall bnb clean and peaceful.

Amazing stay here, possibly the best apartment in Kamala, stunning views, great rooms, it’s quite luxurious. Host is a great communicator, stayed here for 11 days and was readily available at all times.
