Beachfront vacation rentals in Rawai

When we got to Lyn’s place security directed us inside (they were very helpful), the condo is quite spacious, lots of essentials are provided, the view is breathtaking, and the surrounding amenities are great. It’s a very serene area, perfect for relaxing! And it’s easy to walk to the beach :) however you’ll probably need transport into the main town (unless you enjoy walking). Lyn was also very responsive and checked in on us everyday! We can’t fault Lyn’s place, we really enjoyed our stay and we hope we’ll be back again soon! Thank you 🥰

We had a fantastic week here! From the moment we arrived we were in love with this place. Great to chill in the hammock and listen to the sea, or take a few steps when you wanted to go into the sea. Our children (7, 6 and 3) also loved it here. Michael is a very nice host, gives solicited and unsolicited advice. He helped us on our way to book a boat trip, which was very nice! Unfortunately, the week went by way too quickly. What remains is a very beautiful memory, and hopefully we will come back!

Kirin’s place was amazing. The view was fantastic. Truly a memorable view. The villa’s design was well done with a clean, simple modern decor. The view and interior was as advertised. Kirin was very responsive and helpful on helping us on transportation and local recommendations. He was very quick to resolve a Wifi issue. This is a great location to go into Patong and Phuket via an inexpensive Bolt ride. I would definitely recommend .

Super location, spacious house, really great kitchen and pool. Quiet and serene and walking distance to some beach clubs and restaurants.

The place was near everything, it was quiet before 10pm which was nice if we wanted to go to bed early. Two thing was little bit less good, the place had a weird smell which you could definitivly live with but a bit irritating. There was a lot of families with smaller children which made noise early in the morning so I recommend earplugs. Overall the experience was great and it shown as in the picture, the host is easily communicatable and I would recommed this place for a few days.

Great stay in Sergey's house who was very responsive and very helpful - the house is beautiful, the pool is very nice and the bedding is of high quality It's a very spacious house where we felt right at home and which is well equipped We'll be happy to go back

Fantastic location!! Everything was just like the photos and description. My family and I really enjoyed the privacy. The staff is incredible!!! They really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as smooth as the sand at the beach!!

Fantastic location! Very quiet, yet convenient. Literally a 3 minute walk to Rawai Beach, food, shopping, restaurants, and more. Nice pools. This is a ground unit, so you have direct accost your room too

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!

We had an excellent stay, the entire check-in/out process was easy. The place itself was lovely, where the view from the living room and rooftop looked even better than the pictures.

The environment is very good! Quiet and beautiful! The rooms are also fully equipped, and it would be even better if they had a comb, which is also a great option for people who like to cook, who have full kitchenware. The pool is clean and there is a gym and sauna. The housekeeper is also very sweet and will actively solve problems when we encounter them. The surrounding area is very convenient, there are 711 and many delicious restaurants. Close to the beach, you can go to sea and fish.

We had a wonderful stay at Rawai Villas and felt completely at home! The house is stylishly furnished, very clean, and the private pool is truly a highlight. The cleaning service twice a week was a big plus – everything was always spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV, which made our stay very comfortable. The house is a little older, and some small updates could be made, but that’s really just nitpicking on a very high level. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would love to come back. Victor was a great host – responsive, helpful, and welcoming.

Great apartment in a new complex. Incredible cleanliness, no insects - no ant penetrated the apartment in a month. Good location, windows overlook a green slope with trees, the sun only gets in the evening. Recommended!

Ross’s place is really lovely and spacious. We are an older couple so only needed the main (very comfortable) bed - but there is a small second bedroom for a child. Super amount of space, inside a compound of 4 or 5 different types of airbnb but all have a great deal of privacy. Ross and family live on site but never intrusive, just really helpful and kind. The situation of the property is perfect, direct 3 minute walk to the beautiful Ao Yon beach from the private path. It was fantastic to have a washing machine !

The property is nice and private which we needed for our honeymoon, the pool was the main star of the show which almost made going to the beach a chore for how good it was. Selly is a amazing host who is super responsive and kind so you wont have any issues if you book with her. The place itself is near kata market which has loads of food and the kata beach. (Halal options aswell). Word of advice in regards to the property is that its situated on a steep hill, its not a crazy walk but if you struggle to walk generally its something worth thinking about otherwise for everyone else the walk might be good to burn the calories from the amazing food nearby. There is everything you need nearby (Cafe, 7/11, food court, activity booking place, fruits) All in all I would recommend as the area itself is quiet but close to the main hub.

Perfect place, closest door to the beach we could see, can hear the waves from the bed, the restaurant next door is amazing and cheap.

I had an amazing stay at Randy's place! The stunning views were absolutely breathtaking, making every moment spent on the property feel like a retreat. The apartment itself is spacious, pristine, and beautifully maintained, providing a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus, allowing us to prepare meals with ease while enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. I think Egbert and Marieke's house is the pearl of ao yon beach. Last year we stayed in the apartment on the ground floor. it was so magical that I will never forget it with its memories.., garden and elegance. this year i experienced this wonderful two-storey villa with terrace on the upper floor. i felt like i was reborn in this house with really stylishly thought out details and high quality. it was amazing to be able to chat with the birds on the terrace every day, just to hear and listen to them. in a villa your neighbors are only the birds! :) When you feel and experience this wonderful bay, i think most incredible and privileged experience in this house could be. thank you for everything. love you both 💜 see you again :)
