Vacation rentals with beach access in Rawai

I liked staying here. The view is great. The design of the building and how it faces the Andaman Sea. The pool is great on the roof.

I wasn’t able to stay at Sarah’s Airbnb because I got stuck in korea for a few weeks. Sarah was extremely helpful prior to my supposed arrival. It was during the tragic earthquake and possible tsunami warning in Phuket.

Have stayed at this property before with Zen as host. Such a good communicator and extremely helpful. Location & view very good. Short walk to town and all the fun of the night market. The food is great. Walking down the hill no issue and many Tuk Tuks available for trip up if needed.

Great place & location. Very clean and homey. Would highly recommend.

Overall we had a lovely stay. The villa is spacious, has good aircon/fan facilities, a ton of toys for the little ones, pleasant pool and literally less than 1 minute walk to the beach. It was a very comfortable stay for my family and I. We enjoyed time in the pool and on the beach right in front of the villa as well as the beach club next door. The beach was never busy which is huge in a place like Phuket and we would definitely consider it again. The only thing that wasnt great is that staff walks in and out for cleaning without any notice making it feel a little less private. Because the villa is on a busy pathway, there will be constantly people walking by the property. Nevertheless, we had a great time and would definitely consider booking again!

Perfect apartment. The facilities (pool, gym, steam room) are very convenient. There is a lot of room in the apartment. It's clean, and there are plenty of utilities in the kitchen. Recommended. The host asked for deposit of 400$, and it was returned to us before we left, so that is ok.

This was a clean and pleasant stay! Relatively convenient and well priced compared to other equivalent lodging (if you have a car). The rooms and kitchen were well equipped with necessities. Recommended to stay!

We had the best time staying at Maggie’s place! The location was perfect, the home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Maggie was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We’d absolutely stay here again in the future!

Michael is an amazing host. He was able to provide a transfer to and from the airport. He gave many good suggestions on attractions, nightlife and just general information about the area. The airbnb was very clean. He provided extra linens and everything we needed. The pool was amazing. I had a great experience!

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

The stay was very pleasant! In the evenings, there were some insects, but that’s completely normal when living in this kind of environment. The house has a lot of charm and a cozy atmosphere. All the amenities were exactly as described. Cleaning was done daily. The area is very peaceful. Keep in mind that getting around usually requires a means of transport like a scooter or a car, as many places are a bit of a distance away and the terrain is quite hilly. Aside from that, the property has its own unique vibe. Highly recommended!

One of the best homes I have stayed at, beautiful location overlooking the ocean. A great beach nearby where you can walk to and in a 20 minute drive to the Phuket Old Town. Sukee is a fabulous host, had snacks stocked up and had a curated list of recommendations. Overall a wonderful stay and will recommend to others.

I think Egbert and Marieke's house is the pearl of ao yon beach. Last year we stayed in the apartment on the ground floor. it was so magical that I will never forget it with its memories.., garden and elegance. this year i experienced this wonderful two-storey villa with terrace on the upper floor. i felt like i was reborn in this house with really stylishly thought out details and high quality. it was amazing to be able to chat with the birds on the terrace every day, just to hear and listen to them. in a villa your neighbors are only the birds! :) When you feel and experience this wonderful bay, i think most incredible and privileged experience in this house could be. thank you for everything. love you both 💜 see you again :)

Our stay at this appartment was absolutely incredible! It was wonderfully large, spacious, and clean – a true sanctuary. The location is simply amazing, a peaceful pastoral setting right in front of a lake, and few minutes away from a beautiful beach. It was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We loved being able to take a short drive to explore all the tourist attractions and then return to the peaceful calm of our apartment. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

Fantastic location! Very quiet, yet convenient. Literally a 3 minute walk to Rawai Beach, food, shopping, restaurants, and more. Nice pools. This is a ground unit, so you have direct accost your room too

So, Usually photos posted up by hosts of a condo are not always the same when you arrive. In this case the photos did not do any justice, just wow !! an amazing stay and perfect last stop before I hit the road back home. I felt like I was at home words can’t describe the feeling of a fresh airbnb without the hassle. Definitely will book again and recommend ! Thank you Eva !

This place has an absolutely stunning sea view — truly unbeatable! It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, so we were able to swim in the ocean every day. The location is super convenient, with a shopping mall nearby and lots of great restaurants and massage places within walking distance. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Excellent stay in Phuket near Bang Tao, with private parking making it convenient to rent a bike or vehicle. Place was as described and host was extremely responsive to any messages. Thanks!

The property is nice and private which we needed for our honeymoon, the pool was the main star of the show which almost made going to the beach a chore for how good it was. Selly is a amazing host who is super responsive and kind so you wont have any issues if you book with her. The place itself is near kata market which has loads of food and the kata beach. (Halal options aswell). Word of advice in regards to the property is that its situated on a steep hill, its not a crazy walk but if you struggle to walk generally its something worth thinking about otherwise for everyone else the walk might be good to burn the calories from the amazing food nearby. There is everything you need nearby (Cafe, 7/11, food court, activity booking place, fruits) All in all I would recommend as the area itself is quiet but close to the main hub.

Everything was just great! The apartment was very clean! The kitchen had everything you need, the balcony has a washing machine and a drying rack. The territory of the complex is simply beautiful: a lot of swimming pools, parking (there were always free spaces), security. The location is just super! The beach is 7 minutes by bike, 7/11 and WeCafe - 1 minute by bike. The condominium is completely new, clean, well-maintained. The only downside is that the condo does not have a luggage storage room. If check out is at 12pm and departure is at 9pm, it is necessary to be with luggage all this time. At the reception, even for the money, they didn't want to look after the suitcases. But we left at our own risk and walked for 2 hours)

Victor is the best host we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We had an initial problem (completely out of the hosts control), renovation work on the roof that was quite loud at the start of our stay. Victor was incredibly helpful, understanding and friendly throughout. The apartment itself is perfect, super clean and is the best location for Rawai beach and all its amenities, with an easy 5 min bike to Naiharn beach. Beautiful pool on the roof over looking the bay and once the renovations are complete, the new restaurant / bar area will be incredible.
