Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

Freut euch auf Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse, entspannte Stunden in der Gartensauna und viel Platz für gemeinsame Zeit mit Familie oder Freunden. Die Elbe, der Sumter See und zahlreiche Radwege sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wer mag, entdeckt die Elbtalaue bei einem Alpaka-Spaziergang unserer Nachbarin.

Im Garten unter den Apfelbäumen kann man die Seele baumeln lassen oder gemütlich beisammen sitzen, Grill verfügbar! Für die kids steht eine Sandkiste oder eine Tischtennisplatte bereit. Im Sommer empfiehlt sich eine Kanufahrt auf dem nahegelegenen Ratzeburger See oder ein Shoppingtrip nach Lübeck! Hochzeitsfeiern möglich auf dem Hof! Das Haus ist vollunterkellert.

From this centrally located accommodation, you can take the regional express from Ahrensburg station to Hamburg Central Station in 20 minutes. Ahrensburg has around 35,000 inhabitants and borders directly on Hamburg. Ahrensburg is known for its castle, among other things. The accommodation is a 100sqm semi-detached house built in 1998 with a small, cozy front garden, terrace, carport, 4 rooms, a shower and bathtub, as well as a guest toilet and a kitchen. The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. The terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. Parking in the public parking garage (200 m) is free. Bicycles are safe on the premises. Jogging and walking start right at the front door on the Trave hiking trail. Downtown is around the corner.
