Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Our small, nice apartment on the 2nd floor is suitable for 2 people. Due to the penthouse roof, it has a great room height and is bright and friendly. In the living area you have a large TV and a cozy sofa. There is also the small, well-equipped kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs and a refrigerator. A parking space is right by the house. Distance to Ratzeburg 3 km The staircase is used by another person, as our office is located on the 1st floor.

Quiet, bright apartment near the lake

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in the green district of Waldstadt in Mölln. The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a quiet residential area, a few minutes from the Schulsee. An Edeka market and a bakery are also nearby. PS: As more sleeping options, there is a sofa bed and mattresses in the converted attic. Notes: Mölln is a lovely spa town. We will pay the visitor's tax and you can get discounts in Mölln with the visitor's cards.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Ratzeburg am Biotop

You will be staying in an energy self-sufficient passive house built in 2015. The energy comes only from the sun in summer. Arrival also by bus from Hamburg Wandsbek directly to Ratzeburg or by the Hamburg Transport Association local transport via Büchen/Mölln with a large-area ticket ABCDE. Alternatively, regional train from Kiel via Lübeck to Ratzeburg. The bus stops 3 minutes' walk from the senior citizens' residence.

A spacious living room with solid wood kitchen and historic beams provides a cozy atmosphere. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. The small studio apartment is a quiet, cozy and relaxed starting point to conquer the scenic surroundings or Hamburg, Lübeck, Schwerin, many idyllic small towns or the Baltic Sea coast. Hiking and cycling trails lead directly past the house, several bathing lakes are nearby. The studio is pretty and conveniently furnished. ATTENTION! I provide sheets and towels, but bed COVERS only for a fee.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the house. The kitchen goes directly into the living and dining area. The large double bed is located on the plateau above the living area and can be reached via a permanently installed ladder. The free parking is located directly in front of the house entrance on the right side of the house.
