Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. Overall, an excellent experience—we’d gladly come back and highly recommend it to others!

An absolute dream house! I'd love to move in here. Very nicely decorated, clean and cozy. The pool, hot tub, the grill and everything was just perfect! Beautiful corners to sit outside, very green and welcoming. Location super quiet with quiet farm atmosphere (sheep and a few roosters opposite). It was very relaxing. You have to drive a bit to the sea. But we preferred to be by the pool all day anyway. Other pluses: huge cooling tank, gas, and! Coal grill, badminton, mosquito repellent on windows, mosquito spray and even something to aftertreat the mosquito bites! Chelsea has really thought of everything. Also very friendly and helpful! We fell in love. So in the house and a bit also in Chelsea <3

We had a wonderful time in this accommodation. The house and furnishings were in very good and well maintained condition. The only downside, the house has no heating (yet) and the pool is also not heated. As soon as the temperatures drop, it was also very cool in the house. We were impressed by the magnificent private location and it was a good starting point to explore Istria. In the small supermarket in the village, there are all the basics to get. The contact with Karmen was very pleasant.

Katja is a great host and welcomed us with a shot of a local drink, nice location and everything was clean.

We had the best time and Sonja was very kind and helpful.

The house is very spacious and offers really enough space for several people. The place is manageable (but everything is there for daily needs) and therefore there is also the possibility to get into conversation with locals. A car is a must on site. A pool would be the icing on the cake, but then you would miss the many beautiful bays. The host has thought everything through well and responds or writes proactively. Thanks for the wonderful time!

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

There were three of us (2 adults & toddler) and we had such a great time! From the terrace you have a fantastic view of the sea. The newly equipped apartment really had everything we needed. Marko and Jakuv are very nice and were always available to us - even for our "special requests". We will be happy to come back!

The house was great. It's worth a visit

EDEN 💚🤍🩵 We were looking for peace and quiet 🌳🌿☀️and in the corner of Paradiso di Goran and his very kind wife Anna we found it: a quiet village, outside the center but quickly accessible, surrounded by greenery and nature, the singing of birds, sky at a glance, trees, manicured lawn, silence, relaxation... Ahh🌬️🌳🌼🌸🌱 wonderful and regenerating! Very clean accommodation!! Comfortable bedroom, delightful and comfortable living room with everything you need. Equipped kitchen, new pots and dishes. The kitchen has an induction hob (if you bring your own pans...). There is also air conditioning, which however becomes superfluous, since the entire surrounding wooded area in the evening returns the natural coolness necessary. Abundant towels and... a very useful gem, the washing machine that allows you to rinse bath towels or clothes after MTB excursions. There🚴 is a pump to rinse bikes or beach items. Everything perfect!

Massive massive thank you to Marino who treated us like his own guests, ensured we knew where to go and what to do. Even picked us up from the airport (can't expect him to do this every time but it goes to show his friendliness). Thanks for everything Marino and you made this trip special for us.

Maja is a lovely host, very warm and welcoming! I arrived by bus from Zagreb and she picked me up from the bus stop in Brseč. The village Brseč is very lovely. The studio is cute and feels a bit like a cave, but a very clean and well equipped cave :) I have cooked my own meals and it's great that in Brseč there is also a little supermarket. The view from the terrace is indeed spectacular and it's so nice to spend time there, hearing and seeing the birds, looking at the insects and all the different plants, the beautiful skies and off course the forever blue Adriatic Sea. I look forward to staying here again!

We were on a cycling holiday. The location was great. Glad we could do our own laundry. Apartment was very spacious and pleasant. The only point was perhaps that we found the check-in time of 5 o'clock a bit late. Fortunately, the host was very flexible.

Beautiful spacious, clean and modern apartment with fantastic views of the sea. The garden is also very well maintained. We didn't miss anything. We received fresh fruit and flowers as a welcome. We felt right at home. Very positive also the private parking on the premises and the excursion and restaurant tips by the hosts.

great place and super friendly host

Franko and his wife were cordial and gracious hôtes. Their house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, 10mn up a winding road from Koper. Although walking to and from town would be challenging, parking is abundant and inexpensive in Koper, and Franko's house is a great base for exploring the area's attractions. We would be delighted to stay there again.

We have stayed with Jasna & Vlado for the 3rd time and feel very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is a 4-minute walk, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

Very friendly and welcoming host. She gave us lots of information about the area (bus, beach etc.). The place was very nice and clean and close to the center. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

My husband and I arrived by car and our bikes. We were very warmly welcomed. The area is wonderful for cycling, especially since the property is located just outside the city. Therefore, a clear recommendation from us. Pretty city, beautiful surroundings and lots of possible things to do and places to go swimming. We thought it was great!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It is in a great location and overlooks one of the squares with an amazing restaurant right below! The check in process was so lovely. We met Simon at the meeting point where we could park our car in a secure spot. He then loaded our luggage into his car, and drove us all to the apartment. This was particularly appreciated because the car parks for Piran are located atop the hill. Simon was kind enough to deliver us and our luggage very close to the apartment where his wife then escorted us to the door! We had an amazing time and would 10/10 stay again
