Cuenta con una muy buena ubicación la cual te permite ir a la plaza comercial, restaurantes y la playa caminando a 5 minutos, así como al Central Park de Puerto Aventuras. El lugar es cómodo y de fácil acceso, el edificio cuenta con elevador. Seguramente regresaremos!!

Lindo apartamento ubicado en una de las calles más lindas de playa del Carmen, perfecto para una estadía en pareja con todo lo necesario para descansar y conocer a los alrededores, limpio, cómodo y seguro.

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en este alojamiento en Cancún. El anfitrión fue increíblemente atento, siempre pendiente de cualquier detalle para asegurarse de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. El lugar está hermoso, muy bien cuidado y decorado con mucho gusto. Cada detalle del alojamiento hace que te sientas como en casa. El condominio es un espacio muy agradable para estar, con un ambiente tranquilo y seguro que nos permitió disfrutar al máximo de nuestros días en Cancún. Definitivamente, recomendaría este lugar ampliamente a cualquier persona que busque una estancia cómoda, bien ubicada y con un anfitrión excepcional. Sin duda, es un lugar al que me encantaría regresar en el futuro. ¡Gracias por todo! 🌴✨

Erick deserves a million stars! I can’t thank him enough!!! I was traveling alone and I didn’t get to Cozumel until 7:30pm. He offered to pick me up at the ferry station, took me to this yummy taco place and stopped at grocery store on the way to condo. He even offered me to drive me to downtown the next day. Though I like to exercise so I took a bicycle. It’s about 30 mins bike ride. It was safe nice ride. Pillows were very comfy. He offers scooter and It also was fun to scooter around the island. Every restaurant he recommended were very good places. I felt like he was my brother :) I attended one of the activities he offered and it was awesome too! El CIELO had most beautiful water I have ever seen! (I am from Florida) I seriously think he was the best Airbnb host I have ever met. I felt very comfortable with him and he took very good care of me. I don’t speak Spanish and I was able to communicate with him no problem. I definitely coming back soon again! Thanks a bunch Erick!!

La pasamos muy bien en esta propiedad, accesible en todo momento Paulina. Las instalaciones corresponden a las imágenes. La playa a mi punto de vista si llevas carro sería mejor, si está un poco retirado y el acceso es por el club de playa.

Exelente ubicación, excelente lugar para llevar niños me gustó mucho los anfitriones siempre respondieron muy rápido y fueron muy atentos siempre.

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Would definitely come back!!! Fantastic host - kind, informative & wonderfully hospitality. We loved this beautiful place & options on site for private cenote, Mayan ruins, and short walk to the beach. Perfect in case we didn't get out to explore. I chose Playa del Carmen because it's half way between Cancun & Tulum yet fairly easy to get to the airport. We went to Edin cenote which was fun, refreshing & close by, in Tulum we enjoyed a completely different vibe, and ran out of time to snorkel in Akumal. The 3 seperate bedrooms are each spaced well for privacy. There was a very nice oven/stove to cook meals on which we did 50% of the time and we really enjoyed the variety of restaurants with great service nearby. Our favorite breakfast was at Lara & Luca. Unexpected: The Mall in walking distance, super friendly people, and how much we loved seeing wildlife by the pool: spider monkeys, caoti, and iguanas in the trees with turtles and agouti on land. very cosy place close to everything you need in cancun. the little dogs were so cute and friendly. the place was nice and clean. Will definitely return when I'm in cancun!

Fabulous stay in Cozumel- excellent location to explore the island Kelley checked on us several times throughout the stay, and provided amazing recommendations. We enjoyed the space, felt right at home, and hope to stay here again next time we are on the island.

Our family of five had a fantastic three days at Playa Paradiso! The location is stunning, the beach is literally on the doorstep. Just a short walk away we found numerous restaurants serving delicious food - some of the best we've ever eaten! Jonathan was super responsive with any questions we had, and provided help and advice when needed. The only thing that would make a difference would be air conditioning. The house is breezy, and three big fans are provided which help, but the nights were very sticky. Although we did visit in June when it was hottest, so wouldn't be an issue any other time. All together Playa Paradiso was a beautiful place we would recommend to anyone visiting El Cuyo, and somewhere we will remember forever! Thank you so much ☺️

Muy recomendable si quieres estar en conexión con la naturaleza. El amanecer es increíble 😊 desde tu cama. Dormir con el sonido de los árboles y el aire, y amanecer con el canto de las aves es increíble. Muy recomendable.

Thank you Casa Nüba for making our Tulum 2025 trip one for the books! We received clear instructions and great communication from the very beginning. So happy to have stayed here a few days and made sure to enjoy the pool that was absolutely refreshing! We will definitely be back!

El lugar es súper lindo y agradable ñ, todo en su lugar y el anfitrión muy amable.

La ubicación del departamento estuvo súper céntrica, para la central de ADO y la zona hotelera, había supermercados (Soriana, Walmart, Chedraui, costco) a unos 20 minutos aproximadamente caminando. En cuestión del departamento estaba limpio, y fresco a la llegada, ya que habían prendido el aire acondicionado que está en la recámara principal, este funciona muy bien al refrescar el departamento. Gaby que fue nuestra anfitriona, estuvo al pendiente de todo, contestaba súper rápido a nuestras dudas. En resumen, tuvimos una excelente estadía 10/10

L’appartement de Susana était parfait pour moi et ma fille. C’était très propre, fidèle aux photos. Aussi, nous avons adorées le balcon avec la vue sur la plage. Les installations de l’hôtel étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons profité de la piscine, le gym et les longues chaises près de la piscine et à la plage (toujours disponible). Le complexe n’est pas trop grand et c’était assez tranquille et on se sentait en sécurité. L’éloignement du centre de Cancun rendait l’endroit plus tranquille mais aussi très accessible (nous avons utilisé a plusieurs reprises l’autobus qui passe devant l’hôtel pour se rendre dans le centre-ville). Un OXXO (mini-épicerie) en face de l’hôtel nous a été très pratique. L’arrivée s’est fait en pleine nuit, sans problème. Susana a répondu rapidement à toutes mes questions notamment ses conseils sur Cancun, les commodités et les choses à faire. Ses conseils furent précieux. J’y retournerais sans hésitation. Merci Susana !

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Karla’s place! The location was great - not too far from airport, the town has lots of great and cheap local restaurants, area is beautiful, easy to do day trips to Chichen Itza, Uxmal, cenotes, etc! The house itself is gorgeous, we loved the pool and the location to the beach. There are so many bathrooms, including outdoor an bathroom and shower, so cleanup after the beach was extremely convenient! We loved seeing the flamingos fly over us on the beach! It was nice to know that the housekeeper Raul was nearby in case we needed anything to had questions. Our stay was 10000/10, we would love to come back again!

Incredible Airbnb Stay with Stunning Ocean Views My wife and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb it completely exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the ocean from the balcony. We spent every morning enjoying coffee while watching the sunrise, and every evening winding down with the sound of the waves in the background. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had a smooth check-in and a perfect stay. You can really tell they care about their guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this place.

Sin duda la mejor lugar de mi semana de vacaciones, sin duda regresaría. Me encanto todo y todo tal cual lo descrito en la publicación, así mismo excelentísima comunicación con Damián y muy amable, el departamento tiene todooooo para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones, su playa aunque la mayor parte para bucear la pasas de lujo teniendo ese contacto con la naturaleza como en ninguna otra parte, todas las instalaciónes de primera y modernas (piscina, habitaciones, equipo de buceo y natación, electrodomésticos para todo, etc). Encuentras en este airbnb una muy buena opción para estar cerca de todo. La torre de condominios y alberca están regulares pero el ph es tal cual la descripción y cumple con todo de manera excelente. Nicole muy atenta y al pendiente.
