Villa Zaza, Oasis in Untouched Nature

Our beautiful estate is located cca 40 km from Zagreb, in Zagorje, one of the most colourful regions of continental Croatia. Estate lies on a wonderful 2.000 m2 piece of land and is full of extraordinary plants, trees and flowers. Orientation of the estate is SW-W which gives the guests both - a lot of sun during the day and an astonishing view with the sunset. Three main points of the estate are main villa, swimming pool and rustical guest house. Main villa is surrounded by the two spacious terraces that enter the ground floor with dining table for ten, nice, fully equiped kitchen and a huge living room with the fire place. Bella Vista corner with five comfortable armchairs is situated on a west part of the ground floor - the view and the sunset are breathtaking! On the first floor one can find the master bedroom with the huge terrace, nice jacuzzy bathroom and a smaller room with a pull- out sofa for two. On the second floor there is another bedroom with double bed, bathroom with the massage shower, and a lobby with an antique writing table and pull out soffa for two. Swimming pool is 8,5 x 4,5 m, equipped with the swimming machine and the solar shower. The swimming pool is open from 1.5.-15.10. Guest house is close to the swimming pool. It's a rustic house with the large porch. It has a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a very nice bedroom on the second floor that overlooks the swimming pool. The estate is situated in a very quiet and relexing area full of small cities, villages with domestic food products and historical castles. At the same time it is very close to Croatian capital Zagreb (30 minutes by car), to Croatian seaside (less than two hours by car) or to Plitvice lakes (90 minutes by car). COOKING Daily cooking,cleaning service can be additionaly organised by our Nada who is very good in preparing domestic specialities. Come and enjoy! This is a real paradise in any time of the year!

Marina is an absolute gem of a host- the home itself is exactly as it’s pictured, but when you step inside you actually feel the comfort and warmth that Marina put into it! From local recommendations to making sure every aspect of the home was perfect- this is IT! What a beautiful stay in Croatia I would recommend over and over again! The master bedroom is on the second floor with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony. Look for the charming Croatian chocolates Marina leaves on the night table and enjoy the automated curtains to envelop yourself in darkness for sleep or watching the sun rise ahead! Sauna and shower are a plus! There’s also a sunken hot tub that’s perfect for relaxation with a warming lamp right above and a pool for the summer. Kitchen is fully equipped with what you need. Ask Marina for local farms and restaurants and you won’t be misguided!!

It could be a bit difficult to get at the place for the first time, as navigation could follow you with the "bycicle roads", which will be a tough challange, but it depends on the navi app you are using. Amazing cozy apartment with all needs to have a great time spending in a quiet atmosphere surrounded with trees, hills and many birds which are beatutiful singing all the time. Owners are friendly and nicely speaking English. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a cozy Studio apartment with a terrace and a parking space in front. Entry was autonomous with clear instructions from the owner sent a few days prior to arrival, to compliment, also a scenic depiction of the sights of the end and restaurants nearby. Very close to Krapinske Toplice. We also recommend for longer stays.

We were warmly welcomed by Jasna and Adem. She explained a lot and then got a tour of the house. The house has all the comforts. There were also many things available such as something to drink, fruits and some treats. There are many things to do nearby that are easy to drive by car. It is a beautiful and quiet area with a nice garden where you could also use the fruit trees and herbs. Our child enjoyed the jacuzzi every day. Despite leaving early, Jasna and Breath came by to say hello and give us something else.
