Villa vacation rentals in Punta Rossa

La Bougainville was absolutely beautiful. The pictures on the Airbnb website were 100% accurate. The house was spacious well kept and beautifully decorated. The main floor had a kitchen, 2 dining areas, a sitting area overlooking the sea & town, a gorgeous patio with the same view. The second floor had 3 BRs & 2 baths; 1 queen, 1 twin & a 3rd with 2 twins together with more on 3rd floor. There is an apartment some stairs down from the patio with 1 BR which my daughter loved . The host & her son were extremely helpful in answering any & all questions. The very few concerns that we did were quickly addressed. A few things to be aware of:the house is on top of a hill & almost impossible to walk to by foot. We had to call car service every time we wanted to go anywhere. This was a minor inconvenience to us given the beauty of the house. The house is 100 years old so the amenities are not state of the art, but well maintained & in perfect working order. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND La Bougainville.

The villa is even more beautiful than the photos , difficult to describe the strategic location: you are comfortably in a house with the possibility of staying at the sea at any time without car stress and parking the beautiful beach with private access highly recommended for families or group of friends , three bedrooms and two bathrooms comfortably accommodate 6 people . Terrace and patio perfect for summer evenings and kitchen equipped with all appliances also a large oven , everything you need to prepare super dinners . A perfect place to spend the holidays , super recommended considering that staying at this villa you don't need to book a establishment!! Sabaudia is within walking distance with all amenities available ( including in Ferragosto) the Circeo with its equally close village. Home Top location top . Thank you for your hospitality .

Lovely hacienda style house. Not modernly furnished but comfortbale, cosy and clean. We enjoyed the spacious rooms. Mario was very friendly and helpful. We loved exploring Sabaudia and its surroundings. Lively town and beautiful beaches and mountain villages. Molella is quiet but nice to return 'home' to

The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. This was important because, even though "villa" might make you think that you rented an entire house for yourself, it actually is an apartment on the upper floor of the house. The owners live on the ground floor and the relatives in the apartment next door. You do get enough privacy, and have an ample terrace area for yourself. But it's important to know this setup to manage expectations. The views are really spectacular. If the weather is nice, staying on the terrace or balcony is all you need for a fantastic experience. If you want to spend time inside, the quality of life is not as luxurious however. The amaneties are quite basic, but everything is clean and tidy. The rooms are good, but there is no real living room or comfortable place to hang out. There are a lot of steps, which we didn't mind. I gave 5 stars because it was worth it and very pretty

The house is incredibly cozy and incredible location. The jacuzzi with a view of the mountains is very cool. Also the location gives the opportunity to see the sunset. In a nutshell, I'm very happy with my time at this lodge.

We spent two days in this fantastic accommodation, with breathtaking views! Spacious and clean spaces with all the comforts you need. Maria Cristina, always available and interested in knowing how the stay was going, was courteous and present even before our arrival. We highly recommend this house for those who want to spend days in peace in a quiet area and at the same time enjoy a fantastic view both day and night. 10 out of 10!

Lucilla was extremely friendly and responsive. We were a big group of 13 people and she was super flexible to accommodate our needs including super late checkout on Sunday. Thanks a lot!!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was so beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The kids had a great time with the pool and all the sports equipment. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place for family gatherings, outdoor dining, lots of spaces to gather or be alone. The AC was a life saver during this heat wave. We felt like we were staying in our family’s ancestral home. Super sweet.

The view is stunning, the house beautiful and really well made in the 60’s, with classic tiles and beautiful taste. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but functioning and clean. It is a fabulous house and the peace and privacy are unbeatable - absolutely recommended.

The villa, the garden and the surrounding mountains are incredibly beautiful. We especially enjoyed the kayaks + SUP board, the big and rainsafe outdoor table, the new smart TV, the whirlpool and the many seats to lay at the beachfront. All in all a place for a dream vacation.

What a beautiful location near the ocean! The house is lovely and we enjoyed cooking a few meals, sitting on the terrace soaking in the sun and ocean view. Remo was very responsive and the property caretaker, Luigi, was there to greet us, show us around, and answer any questions we had. Lovely uncrowded pool and ocean access. What a way to start our one-week visit before heading to busy Rome!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 13, made up of 4 generations. Not only are the properties beautiful, thoughtfully decorated with authentic furniture and art, the grounds are gorgeous so you’re always looking at flowers, trees and greenery along with an epic view from the balcony. The big pool area was a real highlight. If you like being in a place with real character where you intend to make the most of being home this is ideal. The hosts and on-site caretaker (Luciano and family) could not have been more helpful going out of their way to ensure we had everything at all times, even taking us to the train station to get our early flights. This was the home away from home we needed and we think it will be hard to beat this set up for our future family holidays! Thank you so much x

The house is beautiful and the views are INCREDIBLE! The hill to get to the house is very steep but worth it for the most beautiful vista. We couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved the house and especially the garden, just stunning and we ate outside for every meal.

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

We stayed at this beautiful villa in two couples and two children, unfortunately only for 5 days. The villa is surrounded by an endless and very well-kept park with a wonderful pool and a very comfortable outdoor area! The interior is very spacious But the outside is the most beautiful part, it also has a comfortable brick barbecue very useful! The owners were always available and very kind and made us feel at home, always available and ready to give us a thousand directions! Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back!! Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available when we had questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was off-season). In the residential complex, everything is a bit outdated, but that does not detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. This is the real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. One little thing disturbed us a little. Outside the residential complex and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty... there was garbage everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside the Italian vacation season. The city center of Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you arrive early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxing two weeks.

The house is beautiful and ideal for a romantic getaway. A little shabby on the outside, a real shame. The hammock was dirty, the cut grass left to one side, the deck chairs broken and the sofas without cushions. The broken refrigerator was then terrible. With the heat and with a small fridge bar available, it was a bit of a disaster. Overall, very good, just right for a day and a night. The jacuzzi that comes out of the bed was a treat, but also a little too unclean.

Idyllic, rural house in a non-touristic region made for a very peaceful weeks holiday (It is a drive that required pre planning from Ciampino airport but google maps got us there) The house is exactly as shown on the photos. Modernernised but rustic and spacious with fabulous views. We travelled with our 2 teenage boys who loved the big pool and the basketball hoop. (The gardens are very well maintained by a groundsman who lives quietly upstairs in a separate apartment) The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. We only shared the pool with the main house on the property for 1 morning of our 7 night stay and they were very nice. We used the Coop in Colleferro which was well stocked with a bakery, meat and cheese counter only 10 minutes drive. The train in Colleferro was very efficient to Rome and easy to use. Our best local night out was in Anagni for aperitivo, dinner and good atmosphere 20 min drive. Fabrizo was a very friendly and helpful host.

Super nice house with plenty of space especially outside. We traveled 2 adults and 2 teenagers we had a lot of fun. Super nice pool with a tilt. Several shopping and restaurants right nearby by car. Thank you for 5 lovely days in the house. ☀️
