Gorgeous 3 Bd on Lagoon and only 250 ft from beach

This is a large 3 bedroom/2 bath condo located directly on the lagoon in Puerto Aventuras. The condo is only 250 feet from the beach and ocean where you will find tons of fish. Also, you can snorkel off of our backyard and see lots of different fish. Our condo comes with everything you will need for a great stay. Newly updated kitchen, bathrooms, and washer and dryer will be available. We also have a golf cart that will be available for all contracts after 11/1/23 for 25usd per day.

Puerto Aventuras Emerald Tower

The apartment is rented exclusively to people who are going to vacation. It is advertised for 4 people and the maximum capacity is for 6 people Maximum. If you need to add a 5th or 6th guest, you would pay an extra fee of $400 Pesos per guest per night. You must send a message to adjust the rate. The location and atmosphere is excellent. My place is 100% family-friendly, for children, teenagers and adults. It's a good place for everyone who wants to get to know a beautiful place.
