Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Puerto Aventuras

Great day short taxi ride to so many things beaches, etc. poncho helped us every step of the way, answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place.

We were a group of 3 retired couples that stayed for 30 days at Laura’s place. We loved the area! Gated , safe area, secure property. Walked to beautiful beach , and restaurants, convenience stores. The house was nice and very well stocked. Rooftop was great! The community was very friendly and helpful

Great stay, Elba and Nayeli are always attentive to resolve any unforeseen issues. I appreciate all the attention, highly recommended. Very safe, comfortable and the pools are excellent.

The house is very nice, large and clean The host's service was excellent, the pool was large and beautiful. It has absolutely everything you need for a good stay. There is a 7 eleven shop and an oxxo very close but I would recommend renting a car to get around more easily , as the subdivision is somewhat removed from the center and beaches. In conclusion , it was a very pleasant experience and the next vacation we hope to book at Casa Tucán again

We enjoyed the stay from the very first moment. The apartment, it´s kitchen, bathroom all is brand new. At the same time it feels modern and cozy. The balcony is great and we loved how quiet and peaceful the entire area is. The communication was working very well also. We´d be happy to come back to Puerto Aventuras and for sure would select this place again!

A very nice place, ready to stay and feel at home, clean, tidy and with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Close to visit archaeological sites and beach clubs, quite accessible, such as Petit Lafitte

It is definitely a very nice place to spend a very good vacation, you have the tranquility of a home, the comfort and convenience, the place is beautiful and very exclusive, it is very well located and has easy access to all the tourist sites, being private gives you peace of mind in your stay and comfort for all the services it has internally, its shops and restaurants are 5 stars plus the benefits you enjoy when staying in that property. It was an excellent option because it is comfortable for both a small family and a large one like ours, since we rented for 16 people but we could only go 12 and we were always comfortable with many spaces to enjoy in the house and outside. I also want to highlight their work staff is excellent, they were always very attentive to everything, Mrs. Isa thank you for your attention and for your delicious meals!!! Thank you all very much because we had an excellent end of the year and a start to a very good year

Our stay in playacar was incredible. The condo was beautiful, clean and a great place to relax during our stay. There was so much to do in the surrounding areas of playa del Carmen and many choices to eat and shop. We loved how safe we felt in the playacar community and how we could chose from a relaxing day by the pool or having a fun adventure in a Cenote! We would definitely return and recommend! Our host Asaf was incredibly responsive and helpful with recommendations for places to go and also tips to make our trip easy and relaxing. We took many of his suggestions about where to eat and the places to visit as well as things like where to shop and how to use the atms etcetera. I wish all hosts were this helpful! It made our trip that much more enjoyable. Thank you so much!

Everything was great!! Brand new apartment but felt just like home, everything inside was brand new and of great quality. Location was great and very close to quinta avenida. I did not have the time the use rooftop amenities but it was beautiful and great views. I will definitely stay here next time i come to Playa. Gaston was super helpful.

We enjoyed our time at David’s place. It is a beautiful space and a perfect location right downtown Centro Cozumel! Everything was super clean and good quality. The showers and bathroom felt very luxurious. We also appreciated having access to the rooftop pool. We’ve stayed at a few different places in Cozumel (including an all inclusive resort) and this was the best place by far! A great price and would definitely stay here again. I only bring this up for awareness and not to complain! We had a few problems at the start of our trip. Our access code to our front door wasn’t working. As well as some technical hiccups with the buttons to the stove. We also experienced a Wi-Fi outage for two days. However, the property manager Beto was very quick to respond and helpful in having these issues resolved in a timely manner. None of these issues made us regret our stay here. We had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for making our trip great!

Great place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. The property is beautiful and the pool is great. Highlight is lounging in the hammock over the water. Place was super clean and having 2 king beds is fantastic. Host was great with providing instructions. 15 minute walk to the closest beach and also 15 minute walk to the end of famous 5th avenue. An OXXO across the street with a few eateries, and the pool bar has a little cafe with snacks you can buy. Definitely recommend!

Totally enjoyed our stay, ideal location couple of minutes walk to the beach and 5th Avenue. Lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and entertainment within a couple of minutes walk from the condo. Very pleased with the condo, transportation to and from the airport was included. Instructions for check in we easy to follow. Condo was spacious, clean and well stocked, including a washer/dryer unit that made washing clothes easy. Electric scooters and beach chairs were available in the unit. Would have no issue rebooking this unit if we were to return on another vacation. Host was very helpful throughout booking and stay. Was a pleasure dealing with our host.

It was definitely a beautiful place with a very unique atmosphere. It is nice that there are a lot of stuff to do around, the workers of the aldea were super nice, and chef Marcos was amazing!. However, I can say that the cabin is not very private, you can hear EVERYTHING the neighbors do and talk, and of course they can hear you. In addition, the cabin is see through. There are curtains that cover the windows and door but when the lights are on you can still see a little bit through them. If you’re looking for a more private place you can rent one of the bigger cabins, where you won’t have neighbors!

Jungle tree house stay - 5 days. Exceptional team - Saul, Karla and Vincente made it feel like staying with friends. Incredible off the grid location. Bring bug spray. You need a 4x4 (no joke) and you want to navigate from Chemuyil, NOT Dos Ojos. But this place is an incredible experience, away from (but close enough to) the now tourist traps of TULUM and AKUMAL. One night just won't do it justice. City dwellers be aware: the tree frogs are really loud at night and you want to keep the mosquito netting firmly closed at all times but it's incredible watching fireflies flash outside the netting as you drop off to sleep. If you have particular dietary needs, let them know in advance - there is no restaurant onsite, just what's being cooked for dinner that evening. As a pescatarian, I was lucky enough to have tilapia and mash on my arrival but chose to drive into town or farther for the rest of my stay. I travelled solo and loved it.

This was a wonderful stay, I loved everything Ms.Maria provided and enjoyed the garden. The cabin was beautiful and clean, with everything necessary for a great stay. If you are planning to stay in Cozumel you should definitely consider staying at Ms. Maria place, she is great person!

Beautiful quiet place. Exactly as in pictures. Christiam was amazing, always answering all our questions and accommodating all our requests. He even helped us with finding transportation from the airport. We'll definitely go back next year.

The stay was very quiet and pleasant. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom has everything you need, in addition to being very clean. They have burners in case you need to cook something and a small refrigerator, plus basic cooking utensils. The pool is beautiful and there is a table outside the special room to have a wine in the middle of nature. Finally, I can tell you that the staff are very kind. Iliana, the person in charge, was kind and clear with the signs she gave us. Lucy and Marcos, in the kitchen and bar respectively, were attentive, friendly and with world-class food prep. Overall it was a very pleasant experience to enjoy and rest.
