We had a wonderful month at Casa Molly, beautiful home, and fantastic outdoor space with a great pool and covered outdoor living area space. Beto was great and answered all of our inquiries about local restaurants, shopping and recommending spots to go to. Quiet neighborhood, and walkable to shopping beach clubs and restaurants. I would definitely recommend!

What a terrific way to ring in the New Year! The photos are spot on, and house was very well appointed and comfortable. But it's the outside amenities and views that make this house so outstanding! Endless spaces to read in the sunshine or enjoy a cocktail while watching a parade of gorgeous boats go by. Hector and his team were super responsive, connecting us with a personal chef (a real treat), golf cart for the teens (a nice luxury), local taxis (check out Ecopark Kantun Chi) and even a convenient immediate care after an unfortunate run-in with a sea urchin (healed nicely). It was our first visit to Puerto Aventuras and it couldn't have been better - great local restaurants, pleasant beaches and a stunning 'home away from home' that's almost too nice to leave. The house is beautifully decorated, great linens, fully equipped kitchen. Few steps to the sandy beach, hammocks and chaiselongues in the shade. Kerstin gave us suggestions for restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed our stay in the house and our explorations of Tulum, Koba, cenotes and local food.

This place was paradise I had the boys come along for a bachelor party and we had a blast!! We had no water issues and power was great the ac was on nice and cold and the pool was perfect for what we needed Antonio was a great host I will be booking again as soon as I can hopefully October

Just book it! The home is absolutely stunning. Better than the pics! Mary and Sara were angels on earth during our stay. They took care of everything we needed, and it felt really good having some1 close by for any questions that we had. Their service was out of this world, and the food was delicious and consistent. They cleaned up and made our beds daily. Top tier service- I wish I could have brought them back home with me lol. The neighborhood, Puerto Aventuras, is a bit tricky to navigate. We had some drivers find us with no problem and some who got absolutely lost. You 100% need transportation to get anywhere. A golf cart to get around inside the community and a dedicated driver to get anywhere else. I found the location to be kind of perfect because we got to experience Tulum, Playa Del Carmen, and Cancun. I would return any day! Thanks so much for a fantastic 30th birthday.

Casa Grande was a great base for my family’s Mexico vacation. It was located in a beautiful, quiet, secure neighborhood located close to downtown Playa del Carmen but far enough removed from the hustle and bustle to be relaxing. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was nice having the pool In back so we had some privacy from neighbors. We appreciated the flexible check in and very responsive communication.

Mayra, Rodrigo, and Enrique are always the BEST! They are extremely nice people, very personable, we like them a lot, as do our kids. We have rented with them twice and will absolutely return. We are very, very pleased with them!

Erika's place was an excellent location for us. Easy and safe walking distance to everything we wanted. Real plus that Chou Chou Cafe is next door and a wonderful fruit market ( DAC, Verduras y Frutas) with breakfast/lunch attached, was a short walk away. The home was spacious, and the big rooftop thatched lanai was a huge plus for us. Kitchen was well stocked with every type of dishes. Beds were comfy, closets big, and AC worked very well. There were ceiling fans and a safe too! The backyard is very pretty and the small, shallow kiddie pool was great to cool off at the end of a hot, humid day in PDC. Hosts had great and quick communication. We were very glad to have full size washer & dryer and large water dispenser. We felt very secure here! My only personal wish list: exhaust fans in the bathrooms, little bit bigger, deeper pool, cleaning service included after one full week and a bit of bathroom sink updating. Regardless, I definitely recommend.

Villa Gaughin was amazing. The views were spectacular, the bedrooms lovely, the pool area wonderful for lounging and reading. Alberto and Cynthia attended to our every need (and made exceptional breakfasts!) and management was also very responsive and helpful. We were only 5 people so the house felt huge. Very comfortably could have accommodated more. The house was kept spotless, the kitchen is clean and attractive. Beds were comfortable. And again, the views -- from every room. The house is striking and tastefully designed. We hope to return!

What a wonderful week we just spent at Balam Ek! We truly did not want to leave. The house is centrally located in Akumal, within easy walking distance of La Buena Vida, a small convenience store, La Lunita, and the Jungle Cafe. Everything was sparkling clean and well-maintained by Leticia and Roberto, and the rooms were comfortable. The views were unbeatable, and the house was well-equipped with towels and kitchen equipment. Sun rises were especially beautiful here! If you want a sandy beach, this is not the house for you. We don’t mind an iron shore, and we swam in the ocean daily right in front of the house. Just make sure you bring water shoes because the volcanic rock is too sharp for bare feet. We would not hesitate to stay at Balam Ek again. Highly recommend!

Our stay was fabulous! The house is beautiful and the pool and dock were great. We had a big group and six kids with us and the house accommodated all of our needs. The casita was perfect for the family with the younger children for nap etc. All of the staff were so kind and gracious and helpful. The house was cleaned every day which is always a big treat and helpful at the beach. The pool and grounds were also attended to everyday and looked beautiful. We loved the ease of getting into the ocean from the dock — great for snorkeling. And the pool was perfect for the kids. We also loved the big outdoor dining table so we could have family meals. Marilu, Bryan, and Cristofer were all extremely responsive and helpful. We hope we can stay again sometime in the future!

If I could give this home 10 stars I would. I hosted a bachelorette party of 10 ladies here at casa jaguar and we had more than enough space everyone was comfortable and each room has a full bathroom. One thing we really appreciated about our stay here was the safety of the community with there being 2 security check points to enter. Our hosts stayed in communication with us the whole time whenever we needed anything they answered very promptly. Ricardo booked our taxis for us and even had snacks for us upon arrival due to our long commute from the airport due to a car accident on the way. Whenever I’m in playa I will always book with Cancún BNB it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay here.

This AirBnb is so lovely! It's in a very safe, gated community and it's absolutely stunning. Josh was so responsive leading up to our stay and throughout and he had a helpful recommendation for everything! The pool was kept spotless and we had a lot of fun lounging around. The location is a short taxi ride to just about everything! We could tell that so much care was put into this home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious place to stay in Playa del Carmen.

This is the perfect location for a relaxing family vacation that provides great proximity to tons of fun activities along the riviera maya while also feeling very private and secluded. Quiet, beautiful, and spacious living accommodations made it easy for us to gather as a large group and take space when we needed! Juan was very easy to communicate with prior to and during our trip and gave us great recommendations for activities, transportation and food. Every morning, our beach was pristine thanks to the groundskeeper’s early beach raking and the house was totally organized and clean by Maria before lunch. Private catering was incredible and the chefs accommodated some challenging dietary restrictions easily. We highly recommend having a grocery order delivered before arrival so that you can start enjoying the space immediately!! The beach was super safe for our smaller children as was the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

We rented the entire home, 5 bedrooms for all ten of us. We were treated like royalty by Skip, Angel, Nora and chef Nissy whom we hired to make some delicious breakfasts for us.

Bayan Tree is a luxury place, with everything you need to have a great time. Manuel is an excellent person Thanks for everything.

Just go ahead and book it. Safety is a must for me and I felt very safe while I was here - it’s a gated community. I was here for my birthday. I mostly communication with Ilona and she is super kind & very responsive, proactive with requests, she also recommend so many places & things to do as well as a lovely agent that helped me book my activities. She sent me pastry & a beautiful cake on my birthday which was very thoughtful. Home is gorgeous, clean. Pictures don’t do justice. 10/10 experience.

Beautiful and spacious house right on the beach. Rocky but it didn’t bother us. Loved the kayaks and private pool. If you go in May, prepare for seaweed season. There’s not much beach to walk down, so don’t expect to walk down a sandy coastline. However, our family loved the house! It is in between Playa and Tulum, so you will need to rent a vehicle if you plan to go anywhere (which we did so we were good with the distance). Again, we had a wonderful time! Hosts and housekeeping were great to work with! Very attentive! Thank you!

Our group of 15 had a wonderful stay at Casa Caleta! We had 8 children ages 3-12 with us, so we spent most of our time on the grounds. The pool, cenotes, and lagoon gave us plenty to explore. The housekeepers, Isidro, Israel, and Leo clearly care about the place and have managed it for over 20 years! The food was delicious and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend stocking the place with groceries and having Isidro and Isreal cook a few dinners. The breakfast service is excellent. As busy parents, we really appreciated waking up to a clean kitchen and having breakfast prepared and served on that beautiful patio. Like many other reviewers, we were under the impression at first that the house had walkable access to Half Moon Bay and Akumal town. For the protection of the lagoon and Yalku park, it does not. Transportation for a large group was expensive, but easy to arrange. We felt it was worth it to have access to such expansive, beautiful grounds. We hope to return!

The building, the setting, and the location was perfect for our needs. Deborah was very helpful, and quick to communicate.

Had a great stay in Casa de Coco! It was like living in a magazine. Looks just like the pictures and the private pool was awesome. It was a very relaxing space and we spent a lot of time just watching the birds and little lizards. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. It did feel a bit weird having 4 cameras around the pool space and house entrances but we only noticed it once in a while. The neighborhood looks a bit rough at first glance but it’s a nice spot with an amazing coffee shop and kombucha shop just down the road. Plus authentic taco shops and convenience stores really close as well. Everyone is really friendly here. You should book Casa de Coco!

The villa was incredibly gorgeous, very spacious, and super clean! we love it! the decor was simple and elegantly beautiful. the pool in the back was perfect! it was next to other villas but private enough we felt like we were secluded.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Oliver's place. He was an excellent communicator and very helpful. The location was great, as we wanted to be close to the golf course. Would definitely recommend.
