Located minutes from down town Canon City . This place is a great 3 bed 2 bath house with enclosed front patio with propane fireplace and gas grill. As well as 4 person hot tub. While this is a duplex all that is shared is the garages and parking. so you don't hear the neighbors if their TV is turned up to high. Inside you will find a nice fully furnished house that sleeps 7. one King bed with Privat bathroom one Queen bed One Bunk bed with Double bed on the bottom and single bed up top.

The Porch spans the length of the house with comfortable seating to sit, relax and watch the world go by! It is a very short walk to town and The Bluff Park which is on the West end of Main Street.
