French doors open on to a deck overlooking a pond and back yard. This studio is attached to our home, but has a private entrance, fully stocked kitchen and bath. It feels like you are in the country but only minutes from town, the Arkansas River, and trails. A great place to stay while whitewater rafting the Royal Gorge, mtn biking, climbing, or just want to take in a meal downtown and relax on the private deck. The studio offers a queen size bed and a small couch that folds out into a bed.

Quiet neighborhood located in Pueblo West. Sits real close to our house. This is a very small, but newly renovated tiny house! 12' x 16' one room, queen bed, nice size shower and toilet with barn door for privacy in bathroom. Sit-up bar with two stools, smart TV with electric fireplace in the corner gives it a touch of romance! Loveseat with ottoman. Small loft that kids could sleep in for short stays. Small coffee pot, under counter fridge, and nice size mirror over farm sink.

Forget your worries. This Timeless brick home has charm and character. Located in an established prominent neighborhood. The house is located on a safe two block street. There are plenty of trees. Deer have been known to show up on occasion in the neighborhood. Around the corner and a short walk is the paved Arkansas river trail and the City Park. Everything in Pueblo is 15-20 minutes away and easy to get to.

I’ll start by saying Kip was great. Very quick to respond to questions, even before I booked. This was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Normally when we leave we talk about how great a place was but that they need to do this, or add this. This was the first place we have stayed that every aspect of our stay had been thought about. Even things we didn’t think we wanted or needed were available. Like lens wipes for my glasses! Who thinks of that? Kip does! He has directions for everything. The place was easy to access. The availability of a garage was awesome. I traveled with my In Laws. They are getting up in age, so being able to pull into a garage and load and unload in a flat area was great. They can still handle stairs slowly, so this place still worked great. We also had our daughter in law, so we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. Perfect! The basement had a walk in shower, so it was perfect for my Mother in law. She can’t step over a tub. Best stay I’ve had at an Airbnb.
