Frank and his place were wonderful. Ran into him for a few outside and chatted but gave us plenty of space. Everything was as described, bummed we were too busy to enjoy the hot tub but there’s lots to do in Colorado Springs and not enough time! Caught a great comedy show at Vulture among other sightseeing, would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking to adventure around Colorado Springs.

This was a perfect location for our family to gather between events. So clean, simple, comfortable and private. For a smaller place had beautiful appliances and everything you could possibly need to make family meals. They have thought of everything. Impressed! Thank you for a beautiful place for it family to celebrate our graduation.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very nice—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was fantastic, with clear and helpful instructions that made everything easy and stress-free. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches and smooth communication. Overall, it made for a great time. Highly recommend!

Joey’s place wasn’t just a home base for us- it felt like home. The kitchen was stocked well for what we needed during our stay. Bathrooms were clean and had lots of towels. The AC and fireplace were nice to have and easy to use. There’s a small parking space in the alley and plenty of street parking out front- not a busy street at all and felt very safe! The outdoor space was wonderful- hot tub was relaxing and the grill is thoughtfully placed so that you could use the window in the kitchen to pass food back and forth without having to walk around to the sliding door. The yard games and tire swing were fun to use. The location was perfect for what we had on our itinerary and was walkable to Colorado Ave where there were plenty of cute shops and restaurants. Joey gave us so many recommendations for the area and was quick to respond to messages and was clear with her instructions and replies! I definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was great and decorated beautifully. Ingrid and Robert were great Host!! Robert helped carry our suitcases and groceries up the stairs when we arrived and also when we checked out!! It helped tremulously. We would stay there again for sure. *check out the Indian jewelry shop down the road from the cabin, they had great prices !!*

My husband and I love Tiny Homes and came here for our Anniversary and it was the sweetest gem of a place! Shelly is an awesome host and was communicative and helpful!! The place is easy to access, and perfectly located to be up in the mountains while also having quick access to activities such as hikes, farmers markets, the zoo, Garden of The Gods and much more! We felt right at home and would highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our stay at this cabin! Surprised my fiancé for a birthday weekend and we were so impressed by how intentional Marlena is with her space! We felt super comfy and our dog seemed completely at ease as well. We’d definitely stay again and greatly appreciate how welcoming and communicative Marlena was the entire time. Highly recommend :)

We rented this cabin for a quick weekend getaway into the mountains, and it was absolutely fantastic! The location is remote and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful scenery—exactly what we were looking for. The cabin was spotless, and the hot tub was a perfect way to unwind. We did have a minor issue with the bed frame on the first night, but Marlena was incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving it quickly. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the fireplace! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and recharge in nature. Cripple Creek didn't disappoint as we saw furry friends including the donkeys and the free roaming cows!

My fiancé and I felt right at home. Unique little spot. It was our first time visiting Colorado. Our favorite was the view. Stunning. Our last night there was a little thunder & lightning storm. We open the curtains and sliding doors and watched from the patio. The only thing we wished there were a couple throw blankets to relax with on the couch. We enjoyed the variety selection of books. The host and her co-host (Cody) were very communicative and quick to respond.

Great place to stay in CO Springs. Highly recommend.

Great stay, was very proactive with communication. The kids didn’t complain about anything and I’m not sure you can get a better compliment than teens who don’t find something to complain about.

This would be my # 1 Airbnb in col springs to stay at for short or longer term stays. Such a cool place in nice neighborhood in the mountains. Close to Cheyenne state park and other trails. As for place itself, great kitchen area to cook/do remote work, stone shower that is very relaxing, bed was super comfy with nice pillows and I’m picky sleeper. Nice patio area, saw several deer during my stay and nice view of stars/moon/mountain. billiard table and nice home entertainment system with nice furniture. Jennifer was very friendly host with great local recommendations. Always responsive if I had any questions. Great quality and Value Airbnb!

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and view from the back deck. Was comfortable for a few nights and in a convenient location for day trips as well as going into downtown to eat.

A beautiful home. The southwestern theme was uplifting and creative. Our sleep was interrupted and comfortable. A very easy checkout.

The space was wonderful both for aesthetics and functionality. The kitchen was perfect in terms of size and amenities, bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was one of the cleanest and modernized I've had during a stay. You can see the cap of the mountain on a clear day, too. Peaceful and private, and even got to see some deer and wild turkey! Joseph, thanks for being accommodating and helpful - great place!

We stayed at Allison House for my mom's birthday, the location is perfect for exploring Manitou, walking the main, and being near the water. The home is also perfect to sit and relax in a nice quiet area. 10/10 would recommend!!

We traveled with my parents to the area to attend my niece's high school graduation from Elizabeth High School. This property was a little out of the way for events in Elizabeth but also why we chose it. After multiple graduations and our daughter's wedding we needed some peace and nature. Everything was perfect! The elevator was a great help for my parents. The balcony off of the master bedroom was so peaceful with a babbling brook we could see and listen to. (From the signage, it was clear that the brook was not on the property and therefore you cannot walk to it or sit near it but it was delightful.) We drank our morning coffee and had birds come and visit after we fed them. While making our coffee we got to watch a large fox walk down the road in front of the house. :) Fully stocked kitchen, and the little extras were very well appreciated. We did not have time to enjoy everything but we will be back in 2027 for my nephew's graduation for sure!

Kimberly was such an amazing host. Friendly and welcoming and gave us all the best recommendations on where to hike and eat. I would definitely book with her again!

Great stay in Manitou Springs! Heather and Scott are really nice and easy to work with hosts. The house is beautiful and has everything you will need for your stay. The mattresses and linens were so comfortable!

Megan's property was absolutely perfect for a quick family getaway. We had three generations in the house with plenty of private space and also communal areas. The amenities were thoughtful and Megan was a perfect host answering all of our questions. The next time we're in the area we'll absolutely look to see if this property is available for us.

This was a lovely little cottage on a nice quiet street. We enjoyed spending time in the back yard reading and relaxing. Everything you might need for a comfortable stay was included. Plus, great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Colorado Springs was a delightful city to explore.
