A wonderful studio in an excellent location! The bright and spacious studio is located right next to the Ainola park. A short walk to the center. The apartment has high-quality equipment: e.g. induction cooker, integrated dishwasher, integrated oven, tumble dryer. Apartment has stylish interior & beautiful dishware. There is 160 cm double bed and a third bed as an air mattress. A large glazed balcony with a seating group. 43" smart TV (e.g. Netflix), high-speed internet (200/200).

A spacious riverside apartment in a beautiful and peaceful area with a short walking distance from the heart of Oulu. The big rooms with beautiful nature views provide a comfortable stay with family or friends ensuring privacy and peaceful time together. The bedrooms have a double bed (180cm) and two single beds (90cm). The apartment is on the top floor and is very quiet. It is very well equipped with the possibility to cook and stay with all you need for a wonderful time in Oulu.

The beds, sheets, and covers are of high quality. A warm garage space is included.

Peaceful unique place. House with all amenities. You'll have access to a lot, a wood sauna, an electric sauna, a rowing boat, and fishing gear. In the summer, you can enjoy the surrounding river by swimming, rowing, or fishing. In winter, you'll be wearing a starry sky and maybe even the Northern Lights. In winter, you can ski, walk, or snowmobile on the river ice. The sea is about 2 kilometers from the cottage. Great for staying overnight or longer stays.
