By separate agreement, you'll also have access to a large outdoor storage, for example, for bikes. Dog guests and infants are considered in the home. Hosts can offer tips for routes and outdoor activities. The property is a self-catering property, so cleaning and bed linen are not included in the price

Villa Kataja holiday cottage in Paljaka

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

We are pleased and honored to renovate and live in this valuable building, the former Pudasjärvi municipal hall. We want to offer guests the opportunity to stay in an apartment in a log house built in 1936 on the shore of Iijoki. The apartment has its own kitchen and toilet-bathroom. You can explore the Iijoki estuary and its islands by renting a safe, air-filled kayak with equipment from us. Electric bicycles can also be rented. Feed 50 km In winter, you can sled right from the yard to the sledding trails. There are also Jyrkkäkoski ski trails and a sledding slope nearby. The Northern Lights illuminate the frost and summer awaits swimming, hiking, and nature. There's no shower, but the well water comes in the sauna. Drinking water is ready. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!
