There is no shower, but well water comes inside the sauna. Drinking water is brought in. The toilet is an outdoor toilet and there is a chamber pot inside if necessary

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Kuikkaniemi's Rantamökki offers an atmospheric holiday experience on the shores of the lake. The electrified cottage includes a kitchen and a traditional wood-burning sauna. The large terrace offers a magnificent lake view that invites you to relax for a morning coffee or enjoy the evening sun. The interior is cozy and homey, creating a warm cottage atmosphere. There is no running water (no shower), which adds to the feeling of a genuine cottage experience. A peaceful location in the middle of nature guarantees rest and recreation.

Myllytupa Myllytupa is a well-equipped log cabin in the village of Kipinä in Pudasjärvi. The cottage is located at the end of the island in Iijoki. The cottage and sauna were completed in 2012 and renovated in 2023. The area of the cottage is approximately 80 m2. The cottage has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a toilet. The cottage also includes a cold storage room and a covered terrace. There is no shower in the cottage, but an idyllic, wood-heated yard sauna, where the stove also heats the water. collages

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!
