Our home is a new family house on the riverside of the Kemijoki, 12 km from Rovaniemi. The house is in a scenic and spacious yard. We have all modern facilities. The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Villa Ämmilä near Ranua Resorts

In this quiet and cozy apartment next to a detached house, you will be staying in the middle of nature, in the middle of the forest! Guests have their own entrance in the front yard of the house. Ability to accommodate up to five people. The property has two bedrooms, a kitchen - living room and a toilet with a working but small shower. Ranua Animal Park and the village center are 1.3 km away. From Rovaniemi, the Arctic Circle, this idyllic place is about 80 km away.

Cozy room with bathroom, kitchenette and French balcony near city center. 140cm wide bed. Bed sheets, towels, and cooking utensils. TV. Microwave, washing machine. In a cellar there’s drying room. Supermarket, bus station, and train station within walking distance. There's a free parking along Karhunkaatajantie. You can also park to the in yard for 3 hours with a parking disc. Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

Furnished two-room apartment. Lake 400 m. No private beach. Fishing, snowmobiling, hunting. Peace of nature. Possibility to use a hot tub. Private entrance. Sauna available with private entrance. Washing machine and dryer also available. Outdoor sauna also available. Distance from the town about 35 km. Very good opportunities for snowmobiling and ice fishing. Hunting on state land (Permitted). Netflix available. Tap water is good and drinkable.

Terraced apartment, 55 m2 free carport space

Quiet, fully equipped apartment. Perfect kitchen equipment, including a dishwasher. Decorative/atmospheric fireplace, infrared sauna, washing machine. The other bed is a sofa bed in the living room. It is possible to use the barbecue hut in the yard. Ranua Zoo is about 2 km away, the nearest gas station and convenience store are about 500 m away. Lunch places about 500m. To the illuminated ski trail about 500m.

Holiday Home Lumimarja

Welcome to the middle of nature to enjoy the cozy atmosphere of a log cabin. This holiday home, built in 2013, is located only about a 30-minute drive from the center of Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village. The cabin has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a fireplace, and a wood-fired sauna where you can experience the Finnish sauna culture. There is also a private lean-to (laavu) on the premises.

Our Garden Cottage is a cute cottage of 36 m2 + an attic for extra sleeping space. There is a wood heated sauna, a traditional stove and a small kitchen with basic utensils. We have a spacious garden and a private car parking. The Garden Cottage is located 2 km from the city centre of Rovaniemi, and 10 km from Rovaniemi airport and the Santa Claus Village.
