Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Sie ist gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist top und die Terrasse auch! Leider ist das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer nicht ganz so gut zum schlafen geeignet, da es nicht so bequem ist. Aber das Bett war super! Die Kommunikation war immer freundlich und super schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank!

Look, this home was absolutely amazing - but by far the location is not beatable. It sits on the hilltop above the old city - which is easy to access and very walkable. It’s so quiet that you forget you’re even in a city. Hosts were amazing! So many great recommendations - including a garden eatery that you can have drinks in adjacent to the larger garden. This home was absolutely amazing.

It was a well equipped, clean and comfortable place.

Lejligheden ligger i et roligt boligkvarter, hvor man kan finde alle nødvendigheder indenfor et par minutter (supermarkeder, apotek, kaffebarer, god vinbar) og ca 20 min på gåben ind til centrum. Vi var tre venner afsted, og lejligheden var perfekt at dele. Lejligheden havde alt, vi havde brug for, vi manglede ingenting og nød også godt af balkonen, hvor der var eftermiddagssol. Vi havde lidt problemer med aircondition, men det blev fikset samme dag, som vi skrev til Antonio om det. Jeg vender gerne tilbage og bor her.

This apartment is lovingly designed, with every detail thought through for a comfortable stay. The building is clean, and it’s located in a quiet, green neighborhood - away from the busy tourist areas but easy to reach by bus or on foot. The host is very attentive and quick to respond, making sure you have everything for a pleasant stay. Also, there are three grocery stores nearby, which is very convenient. I highly recommend this cozy and peaceful place for anyone visiting Bologna!

Bellissimo appartamento, comodo e tranquillo

Alberto’s place is in a stunning location, situated on a wooded hilltop with panoramic views of the valleys surrounding it. It’s very quiet and peaceful and you’re right in amongst nature! The apartment is well equipped and was very clean. We received a very warm welcome by Alessia, Ty and Alberto upon and Alberto even had some Mortadella, homemade bread, some duck eggs and red wine waiting for us after a long journey! We felt very relaxed and comfortable using the lovely gardens and outdoor spaces with our 18 month old who had a great time exploring. We bumped into Alberto on a couple of occasions and had nice conversations with him, he also gave us some great local tips! It was a perfect get away for us, grazie Alberto 🙏🏼

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. La pulizia era impeccabile, e il camino perfettamente funzionante, con legna fornita gratuitamente dall’host. L’appartamento è immerso nella tranquillità degli Appennini modenesi, un luogo ideale per chi cerca di staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi sentieri per escursioni a piedi, perfetti per esplorare la natura circostante. Sergio e sua moglie sono stati degli host eccezionali: gentili, disponibili e mai invadenti. Consigliatissimo per una pausa rigenerante!

Beautiful garden, with great facilities including a lovely and stunning views from the hills of Emilia Romagna. The kitchen is bright and we-equipped. The house generally is charming - welcoming and wonderfully decorated with lemon motifs everywhere. Miriam was welcoming and communicated in great time. And the cat is a sweetheart. Highly recommended to families and larger groups.

Emanuela è davvero gentilissima e la casa uno spettacolo! Le stanze sono molto spaziose, ogni angolo è pulito e ben curato. E i giardini sono la chicca perfetta! Davvero consigliatissimo, vicino sia al centro che a Bologna Fiere

Ho un cane di grosse dimensioni ed è sempre complicato trovare situazioni adatte o che la accettino,quindiper me è statounplus notevole, la casa ha un ampio giardino recintato e privato con zone d'ombra e non, Vania è una persona molto gentile ed alla mano, presente se necessario, la strada per arrivarci è semplice ed il parcheggio molto comodo. detto ciò, ci si trova bene. a mio parere è un posto dolce si può stare tranquilli se è ciò che si cerca.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft in altem italienischen rustikalen Still. Gibt es alles was man braucht, 1 Stunde mit Auto nach Bologna und Modena, 1,5 bis Ravenna und Burg Canossa. In der Nähe die Käserei mit leckerem Parmesan. Kamin war grossartig, wir haben tolle Abende mit dem Feuer und Filme von Fellini genossen. Im Gasten planen die Gastgeber eine Rekonstruktion , damit er auch den Touristen viel Freunde bereiten kann.

L'alloggio di Elena era immacolato; ampio e organizzato benissimo. Elena è sempre stata attenta e rapida nella comunicazione, dalla prenotazione al check-out. Tutto perfetto e super consigliato!

If i could give 20 stars, it would not be enough to state what this Torre Riva is all about! Peaceful, private, quiet, ancient, historic! Perhaps the most remarkable place we've stayed! The village below is quiet, the townspeople are friendly. The entire area is a picture. You will feel history. Mario is an absolute genius with how to send the baggage up. The renovations that he continued with, the woodwork! The way up, is only the best part...get in shape. The village is worth the walk within all the alleys. A picture at every step. Absolute THANK YOU, MARIO...(And your wife to interpret) Grazie.

I had an amazing experience staying here while attending Elrow Town Festival at Iren Green Park. The location was super convenient—just a 20-30 minute walk to the festival, which made getting around really easy. But what truly made this stay special was the incredible hospitality from our host. When our train was unexpectedly cancelled due to a strike, she went above and beyond to help us navigate the situation. Not only did she help us figure out alternative options, but her husband also kindly picked us up from the station and even gave us a little tour of the area. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made us feel at home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough—thank you again for such a welcoming and memorable stay!

Soggiorno perfetto, alloggio top , ho alloggiato per il concerto di Vasco e in 10 minuti a piedi ho raggiunto lo stadio, con i mezzi( fermate vicinissime ) si raggiunge il centro di Bologna in un lampo

We stayed for one night on our way to a cruise and it was perfect for our family of 4. It was right near the bus and train stations and the separate washer and dryer allowed us to quickly wash all of our clothes before the next leg of our trip. We had some trouble getting in the first door but other than that, it was a great place to stay for our needs.

A great stay for a family. Within easy walking distance to the city centre and transport. Very comfortable family home, parking is great. Have to pay extra to use the aircon but overall great bathrooms and very clean stay. Eda is super responsive and lovely! Thanks again, recommend.

La casa é in un piccolo borgo di poche case. Divisa su tre piani, con terrazzino delizioso dove facevamo gli aperitivi, scale in legno e parquet rustico a terra. Dentro era fornita veramente di tutto il necessario, compresa biancheria da bagno, letto e cucina. Abbiamo anche approfittato della presenza di una smart tv che abbiamo collegato ai nostri telefoni sfruttando la rete Vodafone, che lì prende benissimo, 5g compreso. Noi eravamo solo in due, quindi abbiamo utilizzato la cameretta al piano intermedio come cabina armadio, super comoda!

I really recommend this place! Communication was really easy and fast. In the apartmant was everything we needed. Location was also nice. I find a big plus in balcony on the rooftop, it is really nice to just relax there. When I come to Bologna again, i’m sure I’ll choose this place again:)

Spacious apartment with vaulted ceilings and walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and central Bologna. Air conditioning and the lift were very appreciated. We really enjoyed staying at Vladimir’s place and would consider staying again on a future trip to Bologna. Vladimir’s apartment manager, Luca was wonderful — very helpful with local recommendations and baggage storage, and quite flexible for check-in when our train was very late to arrive.

Francesco’s place was just as the pictures represented. A great modern shower and bathroom , small efficient kitchen . Comfy bed , Gorgeous courtyard to enjoy coffee or a wine .. central to everything but in a quiet side street behind the towers … Filippo was so helpful and responded to text messages immediately .. we didn’t have a toaster in the apartment and Filippo was happy to buy one for us and deliver .. We would absolutely recommend Francesco’s place as a perfect stay in Bologna .
