Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Province of Modena

Alberto’s place is in a stunning location, situated on a wooded hilltop with panoramic views of the valleys surrounding it. It’s very quiet and peaceful and you’re right in amongst nature! The apartment is well equipped and was very clean. We received a very warm welcome by Alessia, Ty and Alberto upon and Alberto even had some Mortadella, homemade bread, some duck eggs and red wine waiting for us after a long journey! We felt very relaxed and comfortable using the lovely gardens and outdoor spaces with our 18 month old who had a great time exploring. We bumped into Alberto on a couple of occasions and had nice conversations with him, he also gave us some great local tips! It was a perfect get away for us, grazie Alberto 🙏🏼

Beautiful garden, with great facilities including a lovely and stunning views from the hills of Emilia Romagna. The kitchen is bright and we-equipped. The house generally is charming - welcoming and wonderfully decorated with lemon motifs everywhere. Miriam was welcoming and communicated in great time. And the cat is a sweetheart. Highly recommended to families and larger groups.

The apartment is small but very pleasant and comfortable because the space has been perfectly used with predominantly wooden furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped and the cookware is new and plentiful, which is rare in accommodations! The courtyard in front of the front door is not great, while the balcony of the room enjoys a beautiful open view of the mountains. Roberto is very helpful. We just had to clarify a small issue regarding the cost of cleaning that was not indicated in the listing, but it was resolved quickly. I highly recommend this place.

We had a really good time during the 3 days spent here. Everyone was super helpful and kind. The place is wonderful, relaxing, perfect for escaping the city. The very nice apartment, equipped with everything you need, was only missing body soap, shampoo and hand soap, but nothing terrible that could make us negatively re-evaluate the beautiful idea we had of this beautiful place. We will be back with great pleasure ❤️

Due to a very complicated move, I stayed alone at the property, unfortunately going back and forth to and from Bologna Working with animals and the garden, beautiful and completely fenced, really made a difference The house is charming as well as the view that frames it, priceless waking up to the view of our Apennines. So much silence that I feel - especially at night - almost intimidated :-) Beautiful break during which, at times, I was even able to regenerate myself I had some minor difficulties with the TV in the living room regarding channel synchronization, while everything was fine with the one in the bedroom Cleanliness and services offered completely in line with expectations Overall, I would absolutely recommend a stay at this charming property if you really want to unplug and carve out a space and a moment of relaxation and rest! Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. We had a great time. We felt right at home A comfortable mountain house with a nice fireplace with a perfect draft. Oven, independent heating. There are all the tools available Spaces are well designed. Although not very large, each of us could enjoy our own relaxing corner Very close to the facilities Nevicava and the private parking in front of the house was very convenient Quiet condo Sara was always active in responding to messages and proactive to solve problems (I had left the keys in the house) What can I say?! Fantastic

Rita is very kind and caring host! I stayed at her place a bit more than a month. She was always proactive and ready to help when I needed. Apartment was clean and well kept. Perfect place to escape from city, there are a plenty trails you can walk. Local farms where you can buy a fresh cheese and fruits. Even though there were a lot of rains during time of a year I stayed, I was able to enjoy it in a full. Thank you, Rita!🤍

There is no better place to stay than La Selvatica. It’s my 4th visit and I can’t stop coming back. It’s genuine, inviting, and just such a special place. If you want an authentic Italian experience this is the place.

We had a great time visiting with family. It was a real pleasure to be able to invite people back to the flat and sit in the garden in the evening. Our host was extremely helpful and helped to make our stay more than memorable. The location was a minutes walk from most amenities grocery shop etc. Crevelcore has easy acces to places of interest in the region as it has a good train service and the station is about a 10 minute walk from the aprtment. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking fo a place to stay in that area.

Positive experience, kind and helpful host, the location is convenient for reaching the slopes, the house is a little small but it is equipped with everything you need.
