Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Modena

We were there for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Daniela is a lovely host, very proactive and looks after her guests very well. She was at the property at check in to make sure it went smoothly. She recommended some amazing local restaurants and also made the bookings for us. Overall we were very pleased with the cottage and will be more than happy to stay there again when we are in the area.

we had a great time at Giorgio's house, super clean house, he was very helpful and precise. I have small children and he was super kind in providing games for my kids We will definitely stay with him again.

Unique urban sanctuary. Quiet and calm, restaurants and a great bar (Rocker Inn) steps away. Alina was a perfect hostess and we would stay again. Kitchen was compact, but well stocked and squeaky clean. Fabulous rooftop patio was a treat and so nice to come home to. Extensive new tram construction in front of apartment was never a problem, but does present an odd method to obtain key to outer door. Parking is very difficult, but there is a garage a few blocks away. I would recommend getting all this info at least a day prior to map your arrival. I would also suggest a welcome manual with instructions for the washer and restaurant recommendations. Thanks, Alina!

The apartment is small but very pleasant and comfortable because the space has been perfectly used with predominantly wooden furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped and the cookware is new and plentiful, which is rare in accommodations! The courtyard in front of the front door is not great, while the balcony of the room enjoys a beautiful open view of the mountains. Roberto is very helpful. We just had to clarify a small issue regarding the cost of cleaning that was not indicated in the listing, but it was resolved quickly. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great time in this apartment! The hosts were very kind and always available for any need, making the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is right under their home, but we had all the privacy we needed. The interior is an open space, but very spacious, well-kept and welcoming: you can immediately breathe a warm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a few days of tranquility. The only small aspect to consider is that the bathroom is not inside the apartment, but in an adjacent common area. However, it is still reserved for guests and is easily accessible. Overall, a great solution that we recommend to those looking for a quiet, clean place with really thoughtful hosts!

We stayed here for several weeks and it was a great base for exploring Bologna with our baby! The home is quiet but in a very central and convenient location— to everything from groceries, restaurants and sightseeing. Having our own full size kitchen was also a plus. Highly recommend!

Clean and safe place in an entertaining area of Bologna

We had a wonderful stay at Marco’s place. The house is beautiful, very spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and more, especially in the kitchen — fully equipped and thoughtfully prepared. The entire home was spotless and well-maintained. The garden is absolutely stunning and the views are breathtaking. Communication with Marco was excellent throughout. We’re truly glad we found this place — we only wish we could have stayed a few more days!

Very pleasant stay, comfortable apartment for easily touring the surroundings (Modena, Bologna, Parma, etc.). The house is very clean, tidy, spacious, cool (even on the hottest days) and has everything you need for a short stay. A small garden accessible from the apartment and a private parking space (convenient for those traveling by motorcycle) complete the whole. Fabiola and Riccardo are very kind, helpful and always ready to give advice and suggestions. Ultimately, a positive experience and highly recommended!

Great location easy walking into the centre and access to the restaurants. The walk from the station was flat and took about 15 minutes, we walked this a few times as we used the train to get about and visit other towns if you intend to use the trains a 3 or 5 day pass is the best and most practical option. The accommodation is exactly as the description and the photos , the benefit of having a small garden area is a bonus and makes pleasant place to sit and relax.

We really enjoyed our four nights in this lovely apartment! Location from the station was great , plus so close to everything including supermarkets . We appreciated the personal check in made it very easy. The apartment is super comfortable, great bathrooms , big bedrooms and a very workable kitchen . Highly recommend

This place was perfectly located between everything we wanted to see and eat. We were within minutes from everything! In the apartment, they have everything you need. Blow dryer (and diffuser for curly hair), adapters, drying rack to clothes - couldn’t be more convenient. 10/10 recommend staying here!
