Beautiful garden, with great facilities including a lovely and stunning views from the hills of Emilia Romagna. The kitchen is bright and we-equipped. The house generally is charming - welcoming and wonderfully decorated with lemon motifs everywhere. Miriam was welcoming and communicated in great time. And the cat is a sweetheart. Highly recommended to families and larger groups.

Very special, secluded and quiet location in walking distance to the center of Scandiano. Michele is an artist with an eye for details. The house is filled with history and antique furniture, spotlessly clean and very comfortable even with AC in bedroom and living room. Is was a very authentic Italian experience for us and Michele is so kind and helpful! We missed a bit having a kitchen, but the restaurants around are amazing. For anyone seeking a real cultural experience while having great comfort, this is the place to go.

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

If i could give 20 stars, it would not be enough to state what this Torre Riva is all about! Peaceful, private, quiet, ancient, historic! Perhaps the most remarkable place we've stayed! The village below is quiet, the townspeople are friendly. The entire area is a picture. You will feel history. Mario is an absolute genius with how to send the baggage up. The renovations that he continued with, the woodwork! The way up, is only the best part...get in shape. The village is worth the walk within all the alleys. A picture at every step. Absolute THANK YOU, MARIO...(And your wife to interpret) Grazie.

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

We felt comfortable in the apartment right from the start. There was a lot of space and everything was spotless. From Monto Baducco, excursions to Bologna, Florence, Pisa, etc. were very possible. We can recommend this property with a clear conscience. Thank you very much to the landlord.

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

Augusta and her son helped us a lot in a difficult situation. The fact is that we left early in the morning on the holiday and could not order a taxi , since the order required an Italian phone number, and, in addition, not everyone in Italy works at night, and even on a holiday. Augusta not only found us a firm, but also contacted her more than once and controlled so that nothing would break. If it wasn't for her, we could have had a big problem. As for the property itself, everything is as described. Clean and quiet. Lots of space, nice kitchen, 2 bathrooms. We were without a car and used exclusively the train and bus. 5-10 minutes from the house. We visited Florence, Milan, Venice, Riminni and, of course, often walked around the magnificent Bologna. We practically did not use the kitchen, as we had breakfast in front of the house in a cute coffee shop for locals, and had dinner, also opposite the house, in the pizzeria. Everything is very tasty and affordable. Highly recommend this place to stay during your trip. Thank you Augusta!

Mirko's apartment was perfect for my needs related to the polyclinic. It could easily be reached on foot from the house with a short walk. The house is basic but really comfortable.

The apartment is self-contained. Historic, tasteful and picobello. The apartment offers everything you need. Very centrally located yet quiet. Those who want to live in the middle of beautiful Modena are very well taken care of here. Alberto is a super dedicated host who takes wonderful care of his guests and can give many valuable tips. If we come back to Modena, this is certainly our first choice.

My son and I had an amazing time at Bella’s. We even stayed an extra night, because we felt so comfortable and needed a day of rest after all our adventures. The countryside is stunning, Bella’s dogs are lovely, the apartment is clean, with all appliances in working condition. Breakfasts were delicious (granola, juice, pastries and yogurt) and the way the house is built is wonderfully classic in style. I valued the local supermarket, Pina’s restaurant (highly recommend the pasta, or pizzas) and the hiking opportunities are everywhere. Thank you Bella!

Me and my family absolutely loved our stay, the host is super friendly and helpful! The location is beautiful and calm and the airbnb itself is very spacious and has a lovely interior with a lot of personality! there are little decorations and paintings everywhere. Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. Magical villa that was just perfect for our group of 4 couples. We appreciate that Lisa allowed us to book so early in the season. This is such a fantastically unique home! Loved, loved, LOVED walking through the old section. The bodega was so convenient. HIGHLY recommend Casato Maria Clarice for a special prix fixe meal. We so enjoyed learning how to make cheese at Caseificio Bio Reggiani. Visiting the Spilamberto Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Museum. We would definitely stay here again!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. We were perfectly hosted, Paolo and his wife are adorable. The house is spacious, perfectly equipped, a nice garden for an outdoor lunch. The house is near Montéfiorino, a beautiful little village, with very nice hikes to do. We had a great vacation i highly recommend it
