Apartment vacation rentals in Province of Modena

Absolutely wonderful stay! Unfortunately only one evening but definitely would have loved to stay longer if my schedule allowed. Can't wait to return to Modena and stay here. Everything is walking distance - the cathedral, fruit market, amazing restaurants and shops. I also made an error while checking out and Alessandra was extremely understanding and proactive.

The landlord was very friendly and always responded to our questions. The room was also very clean and comfortable, which made our trip to Modena a memorable one.

cant speak highly enough for Leonardo’s place! Is located in the heart of Modena, roughly 15 mins walk (with suitcases) to the train station and is very flat and walkable. Also in the corner of Main Street but you won’t hear any noises day and night. When we first arrived it was a tiny dusty near entrance due to construction at the hallway but thanks to Leonardo’s cleaning supply is very easily taking care of by ourselves. And believe me I believe he did all the deep cleaning before our arrival and you can’t control the construction outside. The bed, let me put this way, very comfy and we likely had our best sleep in Italy! I also appreciate the AC especially during humid weather. I like how this layout separated two bedrooms so you won’t hear any noises from the other side. Overall, I will rate 10/10 for this place!! It plan out really well if you decide to stay at Modena and enjoy the good food and surroundings nearby!

This is an EXCELLENT choice if you are visiting Modena. My father and I had a great stay, very walkable, and we even rolled our suitcases (big heavy ones) from the train station to the apartment NO Problem (summer heat aside) Andrea is SO lovely!! He met us at the apartment when we arrived from the train despite being delayed by over 20 min. He was also extremely accommodating allowing us to leave our packed bags there while we took a Lamborghini factory tour and then pick them up on the way to train station. Apartment has an elevator, (though there is half a flight of stairs up to the elevator as a heads up). Apartment is spotless, and minimal furnishings but perfect for a lovely place to stay. Also, the beds are great! Nice firm mattress and almost completely blackout blinds. The a/c's work great (note the remote works for both but there is just the one remote). 10/10 would 100% stay again. Note Moden is NO UBER (regardless of what uber says)

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

This apartment was amazing , it is in a perfect location , tucked behind the main streets , it’s quite and very private It had everything I need for the two week stay It’s close to the Main Train Station and Bus Station But also the main area of Modena is merely a few minutes walk and is full of Restaurants and Bars From my perspective this location and this apartment ticked all my boxes for the holiday o wanted There is even a beautiful quite restaurant straight outside the front t door that’s open from early to evening dinner The apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities anyone could need The host is super responsive and I felt very much at home Thank you and I would recommend to anyone

Fantastic apartment and was met by mom who was very friendly and welcoming. There are stairs up to the apartment, but we knew that in advance. Very pleasant with a welcome gift and the apartment is located in the middle of the city center. Good beds and very clean and nice apartment. Cozy with a porch where you can enjoy the sunset. We can safely recommend this apartment!

The location is ideal for exploring Bologna. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The aircon was very efficient. The outside terraces were pleasant to sit in.

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

We would like to give more stars, as the stay was more than perfect. Incredibly clean and attention to detail. The family is super friendly and also gave us a small tour of the farm. The hospitality is great. We felt like at home. The spa is really clean and relaxing. We hope that we can arrange to see the accommodation and the family again. Thank you for the dairy products on arrival! Thanks to the host's tip, we ate at the "Ristorante Pizzeria al Caminetto" with Massimo in the evening. Authentic and incredibly delicious. Clear recommendation!

FABULOUS, FABULOUS, FABULOUS location! Bars, restaurants and cafes were right outside of the front door. If you want to be in the heart of old town, in the most superior location, you need to stay here. We would definitely come back.

We highly recommend this flat! It was all we could ask for. Went there with our grown up children and loved every second. Especially appreciated the kind welcome and good communication since this was our first visit.
