Vacation rentals with a pool in Province of Livorno

Andrea's place was beyond all expectations. We were a group of 7 friends who got everything we needed and more. Andrea was incredibly helpful and even drove to the airport to hand over a cell phone we had forgotten. I can not recommend this place enough. (+ the view was to die for!)

We enjoyed the nice and cosy house together with friends and family .

Small, but historic and evocative, very well preserved place with the possibility of visiting interesting places all reachable in 40 min. max. 1 hour, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca. Accommodation exactly as described, cozy and with all comforts. The owner is friendly and hospitable, quick to respond to requests and very accurate in giving the information. I recommend it to those who want to discover Tuscany by car every day in a different place and then retreat in the evening in a relaxing environment, typical , but furnished according to contemporary taste, overlooking the Renaissance village.

Wonderful place, friendly people, beautiful views. We were a family of 4. Here you can rest, relax, think and pause for a moment. You'll feel like you're in paradise. Here you will find something for yourself and your child. Very large, clean swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, umbrellas. Beautiful orchard. You can play football, ping pong. You can barbecue in the orchard, and in the morning, when you get up, you can drink coffee on the terrace with a beautiful view. The apartment is sensational. Very clean in all rooms. The city is 5 minutes away by car. In the city, there is a variety of stores. You'll find everything you want. From here you can get to many other interesting places. Spacious and quiet place at the end of a short dirt road, where you can hear the birds and watch the sun setting over the Tuscan hills. Massimo is an amazing host, very warm, respectful and clean and he had great recommendations for us. We had a very relaxing stay, the pool was great to cool off and the kitchen was fully equipped. We cooked a few meals and enjoyed them from the balcony. Bellissimo!

We had a wonderful vacation time in this very nice apartment. The location in the small village up in the hills of Tuscany is so authentic and typically Italian. The pool and views are a dream. The rooms are very clean, large and nicely furnished. The bed was amazing. I haven't slept so well away from home in a long time. The kitchen is well equipped. Only a nice salad bowl and a toaster were missing. The location of the apartment is ideal to explore Tuscany. The famous white beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Parking is available everywhere. Shopping is possible in the small village on site at the bakery and in the corner store or down in the city at Lidl and Coop, etc. Restaurants are within walking distance. We loved the snack bar opposite the butcher shop in the village. You sit idyllically on the square in the middle of the village. Thank you for the nice time.

Starting with a warm welcome to the unfortunately much too quick cordial farewell (we were there 10 days) we felt more than comfortable in Nicoletta's wonderful property. This wonderful, stately house from the 14th century is a gem, located high on a ridge with magnificent views, which is extremely tastefully designed by Nicoletta's artistic style from a gem of the historical to the modern to the artistic. If you want to live in such a mansion, the two high floors should not be a problem. But over time, a certain training factor sets in here. When you enter the park-like property, a beautiful iron gate opens and you are greeted on a square surrounded by oleanders, palm trees and flower beds. Ideal small summer house with a fantastic pool that invites you to swim. We had the whole property to ourselves. Pure relaxation. For our dog there was enough to discover and right next door a hiking trail to the top of the mountain. From here you can experience Tuscany in all its colors and if you would like to swim in the sea, the path is not far. As well as many other highlights. Our hosts were always available and concerned about our well-being, thank you for that. Thank you for the lovely holiday.

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

It was just great with Kety. Everything is perfect in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with views of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. There are also many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

We spent a week at Andrea's. The area is wonderfully quiet, very rural - just right for us and our dogs. The apartment delivers what the photos promise. Super clean, very well equipped and with great views from every window. Andrea and his son Lorenzo are very accommodating and attentive. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. All in all, an all-round successful accommodation 👌🏻

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few meters over the dune and a wonderful beach opens up. There are beautiful beach bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with lots of details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had a 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Still, Sharon was there for us at 11pm. That was great.

We had a wonderful time staying at Claudio’s accommodation! The house itself is very nice, well-equipped with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The large garden is a real highlight, with a lovely outdoor dining area, plenty of space to relax, and a barbecue. The pool is fantastic and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape—perfect for a peaceful afternoon. The location is also ideal. It’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the sea and beautiful beaches, and many of Tuscany’s top cities like Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra are only 1-2 hours away by car. It made for great day trips to explore the region. We really enjoyed our time. Grazie Mille, Claudio!

We had a wonderful time there and enjoyed everything. The apartment is fully equipped and the pool has an amazing view. We also enjoyed the company of all the animals that walk around on their land. We can greatly recommend it and love to come again.

It was just a perfect holiday. The place, the company Interhome and the owner were just great. Equipped with a 4x4, the villa is beautiful with a great location! Always ventilated! Every detail is taken care in every detail! The outdoor space is really well organized and will make you have a wonderful vacation! Great location for visiting the south of the island!

The stay at the chalet was very comfortable and relaxing, the house was exactly as described. The location is isolated from a sense of freedom and relaxation. The house is located on a small hill with a wonderful view of an almost always present wind that crosses the house, without the need to turn on AC, either day or night, most of the days. In the morning it is very pleasant, the pool is very enjoyable, in the afternoon the sun heats the patio stones and it becomes warmer to stay outside the pool. The addition of trees, as it should be planned, could also make the afternoon more enjoyable, if you don't want to be in the pool side sun. A less white and cold night patio light ( and more faint) could make it even more magical in the evening outside. (We bought some lemongrass candles to fix) The key-holder, Eleonora and her husband were very kind and always available, with flexible schedules for pool maintenance.

Everything was alright. Maura and Francesco were available whenever we needed. They helped us find a vet for our dog, brought a slide for the kids, recommended places on Elba. The house is clean, the plot is huge, the pool is amazing. Thank you

There were 6 of us on this beautiful property and we spent some quiet days in nature. The place is a bit remote, so if you want peace and relaxation, the place is ideal. Shopping facilities are easily accessible by car. The house offers a lot of space to move around and the sunny days at the pool with stunning views of the sea were beautiful.

Lovely place and very relaxing. The house is very spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The details and elegance of the house are points for the benefit of this solution. Huge garden and very comfortable and cool patio for lunches and dinners. The pool is also great. Would I go back? Absolutely yes!!

Luana and her husband were amazing hosts. Even though they didn’t speak english we were still able to communicate well. The house and its surrpundings were very nice and everything was kept really clean. We would definetely go back!
