Amazing place and a super friendly host. The apartment was just like the photos – modern interior, two bathrooms with rainfall showers, strong AC in every room, fast Wi-Fi, and a big, clean pool. There’s a parking spot right near the entrance, and the building feels very safe with two security gates. Would definitely recommend.

Massimiliano's apartment is very comfortable and spacious, being an open space with a well-stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. Excellent quiet area, but very close to the center of Suvereto and about 20 minutes from the sea with an outdoor area that is always very useful. Very kind and precise host and very precise directions to the apartment. Overall, a very positive opinion and we hope to be able to return!

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. Gianfra’s place was really nice, even better than the pictures! Really spacious and the view from the balcony was incredible. Less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Capoliveri and the same amount of time to the lovely Barabarca beach. Gianfra (and Giusuppe) was a really good host who met us at the house and showed us round and explained everything to us. He even booked us a couple of restaurants and gave us some really good recommendations during our stay! Thank you Gianfra and Giuseppe!

What a fantastic place and location. Tranquil, stunning views, located perfectly to explore the local area. Lots of character; quaint and quirky. As hosts Isabella and Claudio were amazing. Always helpful, friendly and very responsive when we asked them about places to go to. Apartment was located at the very top of the village and provided us with stunning views whenever we ate outside. Fabulous BBQ area and a great choice of outdoor seating. Highly recommended.

The house appears as described in the listing, an excellent location for those who do not want to stress themselves with parking and traffic, just 10 minutes from the center of Livorno and two minutes from the shopping center, a strategic choice of want tranquility and comfort. Letizia was already waiting for us at the gate and gave us a warm welcome, she showed us around the house and left a present. Fresh selfmade olive oil and apricot jam! Letizia is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions (with W-app). The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the beach and the wonderful inland of Toscane (and lots of restaurants).

We were allowed to spend four wonderful weeks there. The house is simple but very lovingly furnished. It has everything you need. The veranda and garden are a highlight. Baker, mini-market, butcher, various small restaurants, a bar right by the sea are all within walking distance in a few minutes. The people there are incredibly nice! Francesco is extremely attentive! He had provided coffee, a fruit basket, ingredients for a first meal and a bottle of wine, so we didn't have to shop right away. And he was always available for questions and tips! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back!

Lovely host! Alessandro was so friendly and welcoming, he recommended us restaurants that we tried and we were very satisfied. The apartament is very clean, functional, well-equipped. Alessandro prepared us snacks, coffee, water. I recommend it!

Christine really made sure we felt at home, knew where everything was, how to catch the right buses, knew the local best places to visit, gave us ideas of what to do. She was amazing and her place is safe for my wife and two younger daughters. We loved every minute of our stay at Christine’s place. I’m sure you will too if you decide to visit it too.

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

Beautiful stay in a great location.

Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

What to say about Le Fraine?! The perfect spot to rest and relax and even more so, get engaged! My girlfriend cum fiancé and I stayed at Le Fraine for little over a week and it was the most peaceful, idyllic spot we could’ve asked for. Apartment was lovely and the setting was even better than the pictures, lots to do locally (rent a car!) or if sitting by the pool is your thing, that exactly what you can do! Pino himself was incredibly respectful of your space but very friendly and more than happy to have a chat if you had any questions about the rolling hills, the olive groves or his vineyards! We will definitely be coming back to Le Fraine in the future, a haven in quiet Tuscany that will always have a little bit of our hearts! Thanks again Pino!

We stayed in this apartment for 7 nights. The view is spectacular, overlooking the Tuscan countryside and with a small garden ideal for breakfast or relaxing. Inside there is also the space for the car that is really comfortable for. The house is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and truly with lots of utensils to use the kitchen. Alberto was really very kind and welcoming and if you need him, he responds right away. This destination is ideal for visiting all the villages and cities in the countryside and the restaurant nearby is divine. Unparalleled value for us.

We had a wonderful vacation with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very well. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment really large and we didn't miss anything. We can well imagine coming back. :)

We are a couple and we stayed for 4 nights. We were warmly welcomed right away and they were helpful and welcoming throughout the vacation. The house has everything you might need. The spaces are comfortable and cool without even having to constantly turn on the air conditioner. highly recommended!!

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few meters over the dune and a wonderful beach opens up. There are beautiful beach bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with lots of details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had a 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Still, Sharon was there for us at 11pm. That was great.

Wow, words can’t actually describe how wonderful and beautiful this little place is! Absolutely loved every moment there. Capoliveri is also absolutely captivating, restaurants and shops Are lovely. I hope we can come back !

The perfect stay for holiday. Can't ask for more. Its massive place with lot of greenery around. Feels like you are living in nature in a vintage house. Swimming pool is the value addition. We really had nice family time without rushing for anything. Hosts are so nice and welcoming. They two are very friendly and are available whenever we need them. Cheery on cake is, their restaurant. We had the best pizza in entire italy. They arranged a nice candle light dinner right next to pool. In short, its the perfect choice if you want to enjoy a country side and nice family time.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lisa’s apartment! We spent 6 nights in her beautiful home, and from the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. Lisa and her family (Francesco, Rosanna) are truly special hosts — warm, thoughtful, and always ready with helpful tips and kind gestures that made our trip even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotless (really super clean), beautifully decorated, and ideally located — it also had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our 1 year old baby.
