Great location close to the port and the old town. The apartment is more than sufficient for a short stay. The communication with Giacomo was very easy and good. He was able to give us good tips for the city.

We really enjoyed staying in the Venezia area of Livorno (didn’t have a car!). One bedroom overlooks the beautiful Fortezza Nuova. We found several good restaurants within walking distance, as well as a farmers market and grocery type store.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Very responsive and attentive. Well organised flat with quirky decor that lent character and interest. Warm, well ventilated, impressively large fridge and provision of coffee pods and coffee machine. Clean and fresh. Bathroom clean and well tended. Plenty of towels and lots of hot water for showers. There were a few pubs and cafes down stairs next to the canal which was useful. Despite the area being busy with youngsters and general living, it was quiet and peaceful inside the apartment. Beds were very comfortable. The door lock was excellent and providing great security with 5 bolts. Plenty of space to put clothes and so on and there was adequate bedding, blankets, duvets and pillows. It felt like a good, fairly central position and the abundance of bars and cafes and restaurants meant that we could sit and leisurely enjoy the sun in the afternoon. We had a very nice time. Thank you for helping make our holiday special.

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few meters over the dune and a wonderful beach opens up. There are beautiful beach bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with lots of details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had a 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Still, Sharon was there for us at 11pm. That was great.

The time spent at Casina del Fabbro transported us to a beautiful Tuscan atmosphere. The apartment's furnishings beautifully complemented the environment in which the apartment is located. Even with such common activities as washing dishes, you can experience the genius loci of Tuscany. A well-placed marble sink overlooking the adjacent landscape gave me this unique moment. Another great benefit of this place is its geographical location, which allows countless trips around the area. The approach of the host Albert, who is kind, helpful and not afraid to fulfill even the most daring wishes, such as a reservation in a local renowned restaurant, will only underline the beautiful experience of the whole holiday.

Wow, words can’t actually describe how wonderful and beautiful this little place is! Absolutely loved every moment there. Capoliveri is also absolutely captivating, restaurants and shops Are lovely. I hope we can come back !

The accommodation is super centrally located in the center. There are many very good bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood. Massimo is very friendly and communication with him was straightforward, fast and flexible. We can recommend Massimo without reservation!

Best air BnB stay ever, absolutely wonderful. Central location, lots of space in the apartment, washing machine for your clothes. I loved how responsive Renato was, he came round to meet us and told us about lots of wonderful local amenities. This was an excellent stay and I really enjoyed it. Renato was very flexible about check in/check out and I’d have no hesitation booking this apartment again. Would definitely recommend this!

It was just great with Kety. Everything is perfect in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with views of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. There are also many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

We are a couple and we stayed for 4 nights. We were warmly welcomed right away and they were helpful and welcoming throughout the vacation. The house has everything you might need. The spaces are comfortable and cool without even having to constantly turn on the air conditioner. highly recommended!!

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop

The apartment is really nice and spacious, had a defuser for my hair that was a nice surprise The town and area felt really authentic and not touristy, at night it can feel a-bit sketchy but after seeing the local women walking around by themselves i gained some confidence Finding parking was quite easy It was a nice stay all around

We were always accompanied by Andrea, very attentive always interested in knowing about our situation. It always answered promptly the doubts that arose. We stayed 24 nights with the apartment, but we slept a few nights in other cities in Italy and everything went very well. "It was a pleasure staying in Andrea and Beatrice's apartment. Ideal small summer house with a fantastic pool that invites you to swim. We had the whole property to ourselves. Pure relaxation. For our dog there was enough to discover and right next door a hiking trail to the top of the mountain. From here you can experience Tuscany in all its colors and if you would like to swim in the sea, the path is not far. As well as many other highlights. Our hosts were always available and concerned about our well-being, thank you for that. Thank you for the lovely holiday.

We had a wonderful vacation with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very well. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment really large and we didn't miss anything. We can well imagine coming back. :)

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as shown in the photos – spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. I especially appreciated the peaceful location. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and quick. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. Thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and fresh towels made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again. The apartment was beautiful and peaceful. The surroundings were stunning and the pool was a very welcome place to cool off. A great place to stay in Tuscany if you're hiring a car. Would highly recommend. Elisabetta was very helpful from start to finish.

The place was absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere was warm and cosy. Alessandro and Elena took great care of their guest and always made sure that everything was okay and offered they help if needed. The restaurant was nice with an Italien feel to it, and simply by asking and mentioning you could even get gluten free portions. The place is calm and you can enjoy your evenings with a glass of wine and watching the sunset. All and all we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place to those who want an authentic, peacefull and enjoyable place to stay for their trip to Tuscany.

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

We had a wonderful time staying at Claudio’s accommodation! The house itself is very nice, well-equipped with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The large garden is a real highlight, with a lovely outdoor dining area, plenty of space to relax, and a barbecue. The pool is fantastic and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape—perfect for a peaceful afternoon. The location is also ideal. It’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the sea and beautiful beaches, and many of Tuscany’s top cities like Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra are only 1-2 hours away by car. It made for great day trips to explore the region. We really enjoyed our time. Grazie Mille, Claudio!
