Federica was a great host again! Super fast answers to questions and if there is something at the house, they respond immediately. The caretaker family around Erika is enchanting!! We have already been there for the fourth time... And we will be back next year! 😃

The house is in a splendid location: on a hill close to the woods, it faces the sea and the row of cypresses of Bolgheri. A unique place, the view and sunsets are priceless. The main beaches can be reached by car in a time ranging from 15 to 30 minutes depending on the destination. If you're at home, ping pong is a great resource for children (and adults). Wild boars (these only beyond the net that borders the forest), badgers and hares run around nearby and you meet them daily. The close presence of the main house is both reassuring and very discreet, you have total privacy. Inside, the house is very well organized and extremely pleasant to live in. Marina is very helpful and attentive. We had a wonderful time!

Spacious and quiet place at the end of a short dirt road, where you can hear the birds and watch the sun setting over the Tuscan hills. Massimo is an amazing host, very warm, respectful and clean and he had great recommendations for us. We had a very relaxing stay, the pool was great to cool off and the kitchen was fully equipped. We cooked a few meals and enjoyed them from the balcony. Bellissimo!

We had a lovely holiday, very quiet, easy to get to everywhere we wanted to be. Super nice cottage with all necessary equipment. Very friendly host stefano and his two dogs who were extremely affectionate. Nothing negative to say, close to beaches, shopping and sightseeing. We immediately felt at home in Tanya's Airbnb. The accommodation is just perfect for those who – like us – vacation with their dog. The tranquility of country life just a few meters from the beach and sea – a true paradise for us. As it is an agriturismo, we particularly appreciated the opportunity to buy fresh eggs and vegetables. A straight A with an asterisk – we will definitely be back

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Elba is a beautiful authentic Italian island where you will find everything that makes Italy so attractive. The location and the apartment were wonderful; spacious, fresh, beautiful views over the sea, in nature. The host/hostess are very nice, sweet and helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation and would like to come back!

Pretty stone house, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The environment is peaceful with great views. Shops, restaurants, beaches are a 15mn drive away. We had a pleasant stay. We recommend it.

Our stay in Julia's house was nothing short of amazing! Julia was a very hospitable and helpful host. Both in the communication before we arrived and during our stay. The house is fantastically beautiful, and from the terrace we had the most beautiful view of Tuscany's beautiful landscape. Here was the most beautiful life of cicadas, croaking frogs and beautiful fireflies. The house is very charming. 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a very unique bed. So good that we must acquire a similar one here at home. The kitchen was really well equipped and had everything we needed. Julia was so kind to lend me a blender while we were there. 1000 thanks Julia for helping to make our holiday so successful and lovely. We would love to return again

Fantastic villa, the interior was furnished beautifully and was much larger downstairs than anticipated. The outside was also large with a number of different areas, all with shade available. The pool was a highlight, naturally, and our 3 children loved it! Francesca was always responsive and available for any support/recommendations. Be aware that the villa is in the Tuscan countryside so there will be many insects flying around - nothing that can be done, but good to be prepared and does mean that all windows and doors need to be shut, which leads me to my only issue - air conditioning! We went in August and obviously very hot, the air conditioning is only in the bedrooms and is charged separately from the cost of the villa - at €0.90 per kWh which felt excessive, especially as we only used at night but resulted in an extra cost of €137 for a week!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Chicca was so friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. The gorgeous pets (two dogs and a cat) were a special bonus! I highly recommend this Airbnb 😊

Operativa is a small dream in beautiful Tuscany. By car in a maximum of half an hour you can reach various great beaches and visit small villages. The highlight of the accommodation is not even the landscape or the house, it is Marina! She was there to help us and booked tables at the restaurants, recommended places and locations and provided us with everything we needed. It was wonderful! I appreciate it. Thanks

We spent a great five nights here. The garden is beautiful, full of olive trees and rosemary, as well as several fruit trees. The outdoor kitchen functions well and fully equipped with crockery, pans, cutlery etc. The flat itself is fairly small but fine for a couple. Two beaches are walkable from the property, Zucchale and Barabarca. We didn't bring a car but it would have been easier to visit other parts of the island if we had, as the bus service isn't the best. Overall we had a lovely stay in Elba and would recommend to friends - grazie!

We have just returned from our Italian vacation and would like to say a few kind words about our wonderful host Pietro. Pietro is a very friendly and warm person – thanks to him we never felt like strangers. He gave us a lot of helpful information even before we had to ask. We loved the products from his garden and took fresh fruits and vegetables and olive oil from his own cultivation with us when we left. As soon as you enter the accommodation, you will be greeted by the beautiful olive trees in the courtyard – simply fantastic! We sincerely hope to see you again one day. We had a wonderful vacation with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very well. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment really large and we didn't miss anything. We can well imagine coming back. :)

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

A very nicely located house, we were there with the children - a clear recommendation! In-house playground, play kitchen pool, no longer needs a child for a week. Particularly noteworthy is the place Montescudiao not far from the property. Italy at is! A small Italian idyll with butcher, bakery, coffee house, trafik and trattoria AND a very good upscale restaurant - Il Frantoio! Only there was no contact with the house owner as everything was handled professionally by a housekeeping company. But was not bad, we bought wine and olive oil from the surrounding farmers and enjoyed a nice time in Tuscany...

Our stay on the farm was fantastic. Beautiful rooms and lovely large garden with beautiful views. We have enjoyed it!

As stated in previous reviews, ideally located in the heart of Tuscany to crisscross each day to a different place. Parking in front of the house, there is not always space, there is another parking 200 meters away. I came 8 days at the end of December. When I arrived, it was 8 degrees in the apartment. The apartment should have been at a good temperature for my arrival. So first very cool evening... A welcome document and information on the functioning of the house, the management of the garbage cans, the surrounding sites... would be appreciated. No contact with the owner. Lockbox and no welcome or intermediate message during the stay. The apartment is large, functional and has lots of charm. Excellent bedding. Quiet and very nice view of the Appennins.

We had a wonderful time in this cottage in Tuscany and were completely satisfied! We would like to highlight the great service of the manager Cristina – she was always available, warm and helpful. The house was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The garden is lovingly landscaped and offers plenty of space to relax. The pool was pleasantly large, ideal for swimming and cooling off, and the view of the Tuscan countryside was simply breathtaking – especially at sunset. A perfect place to switch off and enjoy. We will be happy to come back!
