Vacation rentals with a balcony in Province of Como

We LOVED our stay in Lake Como!! The hosts were super friendly and the fridge had wine and homemade tiramisu. We also had use of paddle boards, kayaks and bikes! We will definitely be staying again

We enjoyed our stay with Sara and her family very much! The rooms are connected through an open air hallway, which was something we got used to very fast. The rooms were clean and made us feel like we're visiting family in Italy. The weather wasn't too great so we stayed inside a lot - a portable heater helped us stay warm and there were extra blankets in the closet as well. Sara recommended us a nice restaurant and helped us feel at home very fast. The location is within walking distance of the lake ☺️ All in all we had a great week - and an extra bonus: The detergant used for the towels smells amazing 🥰

Absolutely loved our recent stay at Casa Spagnola in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking, waking up to the lake each morning was pure magic. The apartment was the perfect size for our needs, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host and the key holder were both incredibly attentive and helpful, making everything so smooth and stress-free. The highlight for us was definitely the balcony. We spent so much time out there soaking in the scenery. We’d return in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.

I think the apartment is a value for money. It has everything that a place should have. But definitely there is a scope for little improvement in the house . We had a good stay for a week.

Very nice and space flat. Was a bit noisy but not really disturbing for us. The apartment was super clean and everything you need was available. Oscar is also a very friendly host. We felt very welcome.

This was a great place with scenic view as shown on the picture. Lisa was always responsive when required. Very quiet and peaceful town to stay in with short walk to ferries port. We enjoyed our stay here.

Colico is a beautiful, small place that didn't seem touristy to us at least in September and from where you can easily explore Lake Como. We were super satisfied with the location of the apartment, restaurants, cafes, the ferry dock and a supermarket are right around the corner, parking is also easy behind the house. The apartment looked a little bigger to us than in the photos and we felt very comfortable. The value is very good and we would definitely come back :)

We had a very pleasant stay with 9 adults and 3 children. The house is beautiful, first-class amenities (children's dishes and cutlery are also available, as well as high chairs, a crib and some toys) and plenty of space and retreat options in the house and garden. The lake and shopping facilities are within walking distance (or by stroller) in 5/10 minutes. Communication on site and with the hostess worked smoothly. A small deduction, as the WiFi in the rooms upstairs and in the basement is only weak to not available at all. Otherwise highly recommended.

Great location with an amazing view on the lake. Very quiet and peaceful location with a short distance to what you need for a perfect stay in Mandello.

The place is great as a base for hiking, biking, walking around Colico area. Claudia, the host, is very friendly and helpful person. You have everything you need in the place. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back😁

A breathtaking view of a corner of paradise: for those looking for a quiet retreat away from the most touristy areas and also a pinch of adventure in close contact with nature. I take the view in the heart of the Nibbio ❤️

Great, clean and modern furnished apartment with everything you need and great view of the lake. The hosts welcomed us very nicely and were always available. You could also use the stand up paddle and canoes of the property. The apartment is located at the north end of the lake and we felt it was not quite as busy as in the more southern villages. Due to the location directly on the street, it is a bit louder, which did not bother us further. The direct access to the lake was always worth it and we would definitely go back.

Very spacious house with great views! Everything was very neatly cleaned! Large terrace and parking for three cars. Good contact with the friendly key holder. From Gravedona, it is a little fifteen minutes uphill via narrow roads with hairpin bends. In the immediate surroundings you can take beautiful walks. Highly recommended as a holiday accommodation!

Super nice and clean holiday home with large garden. From the balcony of the upper room you have a wonderful view of the Comer See. Kitchen is equipped with just everything you need. You should bring something like soap or dishwasher tabs yourself. The location is very quiet, but some serpentines away from the lake or center of the individual places. Accordingly, the nearest shopping facilities are also about 15-20 min away. Here you are dependent on the car. Adelia is a super nice hostess, and responds very quickly if you need anything. If you can speak Italian, this is an advantage :)

Beautiful old apartment in a nice location. The backyard was a lifesaver when travelling with children. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. A car is essential to reach the apartment, but parking is limited near the apartment, so one may have to park their car a little further away on some evenings.

Lovely lakeside views, calm and peaceful; these are hard to beat. We were treated to chilled prosecco and enough coffee pods to get us through a couple days! Our host provided perfect video instruction to get in so we had the flexibility to arrive when we wanted. The space was bright in the common areas and muted in the bedroom area for sleeping. Plus two bathrooms with new showers, very well apportioned. (Remember to bring soap or body wash as it was not supplied) Drive to Bellagio less than 15 minutes—the roads in the area are windy and a bit narrow but we got used to it. We ate out but the kitchen was well set up with utensils.

What a beautiful property. Super clean and tidy with everything you could need. There is a lovely walk into Bellagio from the property. We really enjoyed staying here and the host is fantastic. Great communication, and fantastic recommendations. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much for having us ☺️

Andrea’s home was a perfect quiet location for visiting beautiful Bellagio and Varenna … we stayed for 6 amazing days. Lots of day trips and even the train to Switzerland for a day. The apartment is just a walk to the ferry and then so nice to come home to Griante after spending the day with crowds. The view from the balcony is spectacular … we saw the most amazing storm with thunder and lightning. The mini mart, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.
