I was traveling alone in Italy and visited many places but I felt lonely until I arrived in Como in this hostel, it was my first experience in a hostel and it was great everything was amazing starting from Alex's nice way and his welcoming and helpful way and answers to all the questions, the place is very clean in the heart of the city close to the train station, there are very nice activities that make you make new friends and spend a nice time in addition there is free food you can cook with everyone, thank you for making my vacation unforgettable

It was one of the nicest hostels I’ve stayed in! The hosts were very nice and Alex gave me good recommendations for navigating around the lake when I was confused! The hostel events are so fun and it gets you to know the people you’re with! If you’re older I’d recommend paying extra for a bottom bunk in case you’re accidentally placed on one of the top of the 3 bunks they have! Other than that, I loved it and felt safe as a female solo traveler!

The bathroom is shared with the other people of the room.

Under each bed a nice big locker to safely store all of your belongings, an ensuite bathroom and A/C, because sharing is caring up until you start sweating... Stopped off overnight before we continued on our road trip and this was PERFECT for our family of 5. we had our own family room with our own bathroom and it was convenient. Everything was clean. They offered us free drinks with our meal purchase so we chose to eat dinner here. Great atmosphere, super friendly staff. We enjoyed it!

Superb guest services. Lots of options for food and drink, and they even offered a coupon for a free drink with purchase of dinner. The communication was very clear and the outdoor and indoor atmosphere and environment was wonderful! Would highly recommend!
