Vacation rentals with a balcony in Province of Como

We LOVED our stay in Lake Como!! The hosts were super friendly and the fridge had wine and homemade tiramisu. We also had use of paddle boards, kayaks and bikes! We will definitely be staying again

Es hat alles super gepasst und war so wie beschrieben Alles ist von der Unterkunft in der Nähe ( Einkaufsladen, Tankstelle, See,…) Leider waren nur nicht wie angegeben, immer kostenfreie Parkplätze dabei beziehungsweise man hat nicht einen Parkplatz für sich extra reserviert. An zwei Abenden waren alle verfügbaren Parkplätze weg, und wir mussten uns außerhalb einen Parkplatz suchen.

We enjoyed our stay with Sara and her family very much! The rooms are connected through an open air hallway, which was something we got used to very fast. The rooms were clean and made us feel like we're visiting family in Italy. The weather wasn't too great so we stayed inside a lot - a portable heater helped us stay warm and there were extra blankets in the closet as well. Sara recommended us a nice restaurant and helped us feel at home very fast. The location is within walking distance of the lake ☺️ All in all we had a great week - and an extra bonus: The detergant used for the towels smells amazing 🥰

Absolutely loved our recent stay at Casa Spagnola in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking, waking up to the lake each morning was pure magic. The apartment was the perfect size for our needs, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host and the key holder were both incredibly attentive and helpful, making everything so smooth and stress-free. The highlight for us was definitely the balcony. We spent so much time out there soaking in the scenery. We’d return in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.

Zeer mooi en ruim appartement. Was wel een beetje rumoerig maar voor ons niet echt storend. Het appartement was super schoon en alles was aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Oscar is ook een zeer vriendelijke gastheer. We voelden ons zeer welkom.

This was a great place with scenic view as shown on the picture. Lisa was always responsive when required. Very quiet and peaceful town to stay in with short walk to ferries port. We enjoyed our stay here.

Colico ist ein schöner, kleiner Ort, der uns zumindest im September nicht touristisch überlaufen schien und von wo aus man den Comer See gut erkunden kann. Mit der Lage der Wohnung waren wir super zufrieden, Restaurants, Cafés, der Anleger der Fähre und ein Supermarkt sind direkt um die Ecke, parken lässt sich auch problemlos hinter dem Haus. Die Wohnung wirkte auf uns etwas größer als auf den Fotos und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut und wir würden definitiv wiederkommen :)

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt mit 9 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Das Haus ist wunderschön, erstklassige Ausstattung (auch Kindergeschirr und - Besteck sind vorhanden, ebenso Hochstühle, Kinderbett und einige Spielsachen) und viel Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten in Haus und Garten. Der See und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß (oder mit dem Kinderwagen) in 5/10 min erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort und mit der Gastgeberin klappte problemlos. Ein kleiner Abzug, da das WLAN in den Zimmern im Obergeschoss und im Keller nur schwach bis gar nicht verfügbar ist. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.

Great location with an amazing view on the lake. Very quiet and peaceful location with a short distance to what you need for a perfect stay in Mandello.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Aussicht! Die Unterkunft liegt in herrlicher Lage mit einer fantastischen Aussicht – ideal zum Abschalten und Genießen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zufahrt ist ein kleines Abenteuer, aber mit normalem Auto gut machbar – und wird mit einem tollen Ort belohnt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Nous l’avons trouvé idéal pour notre famille ( 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Il a fait très beau le temps de notre séjour, nous avons donc particulièrement profité des extérieurs. Tout est propre et fonctionnel. Claudia, la personne qui gère sur place la location, fut disponible et sympathique. Nous recommandons ce logement et y retournerions sans hésiter !

Una vista mozzafiato su un angolo di paradiso: per chi cerca un rifugio silenzioso lontano dalle zone più turistiche e anche un pizzico di avventura nel contatto stretto con la natura. Porto nell’animo il panorama su cui si affaccia il Nibbio ❤️

Tolle, saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und super Blick auf den See. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr nett empfangen und waren stets verfügbar. Außerdem konnte man auch die Stand up paddle und Kanus der Unterkunft nutzen. Die Wohnung liegt am nördlichen Ende des Sees und wir haben es so empfunden, dass dadurch nicht ganz so viel los war wie in den südlicheren Ortschaften. Durch die Lage direkt an der Straße ist es etwas lauter, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Der direkte Zugang zum See war uns das allemal wert und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Zeer ruim huis met een prachtig uitzicht! Alles was heel netjes schoongemaakt! Groot terras en parkeerplaats voor drie auto's. Goed contact met de vriendelijke sleutelhouder. Vanuit Gravedona is het een klein kwartiertje bergop rijden via smalle wegen met haarspeldbochten. In de directe omgeving kan je mooie wandelingen maken. Een echte aanrader als vakantieverblijf!

Super schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten. Vom Balkon des oberen Zimmers hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Comer See. Küche ist mit fast allem ausgestattet was man brauch. So etwas wie Seife oder Spülmaschienentabs sollte man selbst mitbringen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, allerdings vom See bzw. Zentrum der einzelnen Orte einige Serpentinen entfernt. Dementsprechend sind auch die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 15-20 min entfernt. Hier ist man auf das Auto angewiesen. Adelia ist eine super nette Gastgeberin, und antwortet sehr schnell wenn man etwas brauch. Wenn man italienisch kann, ist dies von Vorteil :)

Lovely lakeside views, calm and peaceful; these are hard to beat. We were treated to chilled prosecco and enough coffee pods to get us through a couple days! Our host provided perfect video instruction to get in so we had the flexibility to arrive when we wanted. The space was bright in the common areas and muted in the bedroom area for sleeping. Plus two bathrooms with new showers, very well apportioned. (Remember to bring soap or body wash as it was not supplied) Drive to Bellagio less than 15 minutes—the roads in the area are windy and a bit narrow but we got used to it. We ate out but the kitchen was well set up with utensils.

What a beautiful property. Super clean and tidy with everything you could need. There is a lovely walk into Bellagio from the property. We really enjoyed staying here and the host is fantastic. Great communication, and fantastic recommendations. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much for having us ☺️

Andrea’s home was a perfect quiet location for visiting beautiful Bellagio and Varenna … we stayed for 6 amazing days. Lots of day trips and even the train to Switzerland for a day. The apartment is just a walk to the ferry and then so nice to come home to Griante after spending the day with crowds. The view from the balcony is spectacular … we saw the most amazing storm with thunder and lightning. The mini mart, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.
